Takes more than just play calling to be a HC. He needs leadership, he needs to have the balls to handle big egos, players and assist coaches included. He needs to command respect from referees, etc. There are a lot of great coordinators that do not have what it takes to be a HC. Plus, with the loaded roster we have, many won't give him the credit he may deserve.
I will. lol

I seriously doubt that. Moore has had one good game against a bad defense, and like Viman96 stated, it’s hard to believe anyone would offer a HC job to someone with 2 years experience (Moore can maybe thank Garrett for that), though there are teams looking for their own version on Sean McVay (see the Cardinals), but even McVay was an assistant coach for eight years before he got his first shot.

Well, this is Jerry we're talking about. He isn't normal.
lol.

Give it a few more weeks, and I could see Cleveland offering Moore their head coaching job by October.

The problem with this is Jerry has already told Richards he is the head coach in waiting.

Never has this been reported. Where are you getting your info? The liquor store clerk doesn't count.

Not that I think he would be ready to be HC, but if he rolls all year he would have so much goodwill from the players there would be no egos, complaining.

I've actually met and talked at length with Randy and Erik. They both worked camps fo me. They are actually very nice and easy going. Erik is kinda shy. they had another level on the field!

Jerry pays him big bucks to keep him around and then subtly shoves Garrett out the door in a few years.

if moore's schemes and playcalling are successful, when will other teams try to poach him?
everybody wants their own mcvay
he would be one hot commodity as in the case of kingsbury.
Just like Garrett after 07, Richard, and McClay he's not going anywhere.

If we won the SB and Garrett stayed, Jerry would happily pay Kellen $5M to,just stay in this golden OC position a while longer...

Remember, Kellen is the guy following former BSU guys onto this team... He has an understanding for the value of the Star...
