There are many coaches that coach, some coaches teach. There is a big difference.I also want to point out that Vick says Andy Reid was his first "offensive teacher" he had. I don't understand how that can possibly happen. To me that's basically saying most of his career was wasted by horrible coaching. What's the point of having position coaches and coordinators if they aren't teaching guys how to be better players?

Players at that level are expected to know their craft. If a coach wants him to grow, he needs to teach.Well honestly I wouldn't know. Never been a coach (well some Pee Wee but it's not like I knew what I was doing ) or played. But can't one tell when I guy needs some extra help? And at the NFL level there's a lot of money available and you're already invested a ton of money in your players, especially qb. There's no excuse IMO to allow this to happen.

There is a lot of bad NFL coaching. We've been one of the worst coached teams on Sunday for a long time.
We have the 10th best winning percentage in the entire NFL over the last 10 seasons. So, I'm gonna assume you want to keep your agenda and say that's because of some other (enter excuse). Yet, purely off winning football games we must be closer to an above average coached football team then worst.

I think the argument, at least in my opinion, is that we've had above average talent for a good amount of those years (including good quarterback play throughout with the exception of when Romo went down in 2015). Just about all teams with good quarterback play throughout that timeframe have had solid regular season success. IMO, coaching should be able to take advantage of talent advantages - we haven't done that consistently enough. We've had good enough talent to make the playoffs every other year or so, but have been thoroughly outcoached/outschemed by the best coaches in January too often.
