He really likes the Eagles, Wentz and their GM. He talks about the problems with Jason Garrett, and Jerry yet he's been very complimentary to Cowboys on what we've done with roster. He's skeptical of Dak's accuracy loves his maturity.. he was eating some crow this week. He's a closet Cowboys fan.

I've listened to him for 20 years..he flip flops when the wind changes. He once did a whole show on why Michael Vick was better then Brett Favre
So True...
In 2017 Dallas had just lost to Green Bay and was playing a terrible San Fran team. Colin said on Friday that the 49ers were going to upset Dallas and that they were done. Dallas won like 40-10 and on Monday Colin said they were now a Super Bowl team!!!

I saw that too but that was that was when he was trying to get Woke credibility at the time. I wasn't buying it.

That's one thing I've always liked about Cowherd. I may not always agree with him but he usually expounds on his position with a modicum of rational thought and logic rather than the jock shock turd sensationalism.

I learned a new word today: modicum.

Thanks!

GO COWBOYS!!!

Of course he likes the Cowboys. That's part of his shtick -- he loves the most popular/biggest "brand" teams in every sport.

He does change his views quite often but I listen to him more than I do just about any other sports guy. I have trouble with SAS, Bayless, S.Sharpe, etc. they either openly pull for Dallas or against them and I’m not really interested in either viewpoint.

Herd usually backs up his takes with solid logic and he can be opened to having his mind changed (part of him switching sides).

He is big on character. He always says,”you’re a franchise QB. Act like it.” He loves Dak’s mental make-up and his intangibles, but he thinks Dak is middle of the road talent wise. Loves R. Wilson and how he handles the media... but dislikes Mayfield because of his antics like grabbing his crotch, etc. although he agrees that Baker is talented.

He likes Dak more than a lot of media types... and he will have no problem admitting he was wrong on Dak being middle of the road if Prescott keeps up this kind of play.

Overall, a good listen on my long drive to work.

He's a knowledgeable dude. I know a lot of people don't like him, but I usually enjoy his takes
I've always said that the people that don't like Colin have never really watched his show. He's the best in he business in my opinion.

As long as Wentz stays healthy. I predicted that the Cowboys would go 14-2 and the Eagles 12-4 and so far so good.

I’m looking forward to that inevitable week when the Cowboys leapfrog the Eagles in these polls. Might even be after this week.

I don't think the Cowboys are going 14-2, nor do I think the Eagles are going 12-4.

Both teams have some tough games. I think they could both go 11-5. But Boy do I hope you are right and I am wrong.

Week 1 Philly decided they only need to play the second half of the game to whip that deadskin butt. They were right. So week 2, do you think the Cowboys think they can afford to take off the first half to beat the deadskins as well? They probably can but they won't. They are going to go full scale armageddon on the deadskins for 4 quarters and at the end of the game, walk away from the ashes with the "dub".
