Realistically I think what you will see, is Garrett, Moore and Richardson all getting contract extensions for 3 years (larger amounts for coordinators) if Kellen does it for 3 years and gets them to a few Super bowls I think after 3 years Garrett moves up to FO and Kellen or Richardson takes over
You misunderstand if you think I'm saying he is a genius after just one game. He's shown far above average intelligence for designing and calling football plays since he was a teenager.
