Hey, I was all onboard running his 90 mil butt in the ground. But then if he gets injured, or we make it again to the PO's and he is burned toast, are we willing to accept defeat because he was run in the ground? Not me, Zeke did just enough Sunday, we got the win and every time he was in the back field the D was keying off him, which opened the flood gates of Gallop, Cooper and our other WR's. Let's see how he is used in Washington this week, my bet his touches go up, if we see they can't stop our run game. I'm betting right here we see a new wrinkle come Sunday, both Zeke and Pollard in the BF, fake to Zeke and hit Pollard on a swing pass that goes to the house.

Any back in the league could of gave that performance. When your paid 15 million you shouldn't be getting an array of excuses and running behind one of the best lines in football Barry Sanders would put up video game stats behind this line.

I was fine with the workload Zeke got, because we didn't need more from him in that game. If Dak and the passing game are lighting it up, I'm fine with Zeke getting less than 15 touches. But he best be ready to produce when we're in a dogfight and we need him to grind out yards and first downs. Run him into the ground when we need him, rest him when we don't.

You don't judge a player on one game. Zeke has had games like that before, and worse, but overall has been a workhorse who makes a big impact. That's what you judge from.

How long have you been watching football? Has it been one weekend so far? I ask because anyone who has been watching football for awhile knows players aren't fairly judged on a single game, and that even the best of the best players in history have ho hum games mixed in with the great ones.

First of all, could have, not could of.

Second of all, who cares about one single performance. There are 15 games left. Get back at me and let me know if Morris could replicate what Zeke can do for an entire season. I'll wait...Zeke has been a slow starter his entire career.

Who cares about Barry Sanders. He hasn't played in over 2 decades. What in the world does he have to do with the game the other day? Zeke has started slow the first 2 games before and did just fine after. Are you this delusional to think no player has an off game ever because they now are being paid higher? Do you even watch sports?

I agree. It was easy to see the impact of Zeke as NY was biting hard on play action. I have no doubt NY went into the game with one thing in mind and that was stop Zeke. Dallas let them play that game and it cost NY.
