Defense has gotten better every season since Rod got to Dallas. No reason to believe it wont happen again this season.

Isn't he the DC? Also isn't he the one responsible for the defensive line? You know the one that made CJ Anderson look like Saquon Barkley in the playoffs?

Except in the playoffs. Rod Marinelli's defenses look great when you are playing scrub teams. Put them up against the better teams and it falls apart.

D Law and Antuan Woods are both recovering from injury, Crawford was dinged up and Quinn is suspended, Maliek disappeared after a stellar preseason

They were also playing a generational RB running behind an improved OL, and a QB who historically does a good job of getting rid of the ball quickly against us

This D needs more reps together... they have to cut down on the big plays and play more disciplined in their gaps, but they are a better unit than what they showed on Sun. Give em a few games to get their legs under them
