No team even wants to send the Dolphins a 1st. If they got a first they would jump at it.

Why wouldn't a team give up a 1 for him? He was the #11 overall pick in 2018 and had a rookie season where he played in all 16 games with 2 interceptions, one returned for a TD, and 80 tackles. This isn't some reject that isn't panning out for Miami. He's a secondary building block type player that Miami would be crazy to let go for less than a 1.

Triggered? I wouldn't have thought you'd admit to such a thing.

Pro Football Focus is making enough money to fund 261 employees! All 32 teams subscribe to PFF...at considerable cost.

If GMs, coaches, & insiders find it valuable...I can only chuckle at fans who utterly dismiss it. PFF invests 300-plus man hours per game.
They want to dismiss it because it doesn't show the players they love in the best light all the time. I love it. It gives you insight to what you actually watched on tape. It also even puts you on to players on other teams that you might not have noticed their game as much. It's definitely a great tool but is not the end all be all.

Why do you have a problem with trailer park folk?

I don't know why. That's just the reports out there.

You realize we have 2 starting CBs that are FAs next year? It would be the opposite of dumb.
Depends on the price a 1st or 2nd is dumb. If I'm the cowboys I spend a high pick at corner in the draft and bring in a serviceable corner thru FA

It’s just too perfect all around but I’m sure our compensation won’t look as good as someone else’s.
Much of it seems to depend on if the Dolphins really want to get rid of him or not.

I don't want to get rid of a player like Jourdan Lewis but if a team offers a 1st for him then obviously the Cowboys should take that type of deal.

If the Dolphins are just in the "if somebody blows us away with an offer" type of mindset, then the Cowboys will quickly drop any interest.

On the other hand, if he Dolphins are dead set to trade him, then it could get interesting.

...and maybe hit or maybe bust. Or you can go for a known commodity. It's the smart move.
I feel you. He played well at slot last year. Didn't play outside at all tho. Guess they would have to be really high on him to put up that type of investment. For a 3rd round pick it's a layup.

He is a Richard type of DB, as far as his measurables go

KR would prefer longer arms.

If they are considering him as a CB, then KR likes more height and arm length but there are always trade-offs.

Minkah Fitzpatrick
Height: 6'-1/8"
Weight: 204
40 Yard Dash (ET): 4.46
20 Yard: 2.58
10 Yard: 1.52
225 Lb. Bench Reps: 14
Vertical Jump: 33
Broad Jump: 10'01"
20 Yrd Shuttle: 4.13
3-Cone Drill: 6.73
Hand: 09 3/8
Arm: 31 1/4
Wingspan: 75 1/8

Ultimately what KR would like right now is a Strong Safety like this one:
Player X
40 Yard Dash: 4.47
20 Yard: 2.59
10 Yard: 1.55
225 Lb. Bench Reps: 21
Vertical Jump: 40
Broad Jump: 11'00"
20 Yrd Shuttle: 4.34
3-Cone Drill: 7.34
Hand: 09 1/2
Arm: 33
Wingspan: 78 5/8
