I can't agree with the OP. I liked Owens and I think he helped this team. Romo not winning championships is no different than any other good QB like Marino or Fouts, just didn't have the team.

Romo (of whom I was and remain a big fan) is not a Hall of Fame QB. He knows that and has accepted it. He may well become a Hall of Fame broadcaster - like John Madden and Pat Summerall, neither of whom had Hall of Fame football careers.

The Romo hate is ignorant. I don't give this website much flack but if you really watched every game I don't believe see how you could feel that way. Would love to see him and Brady in the same broadcasting booth one day.

This isn't new but demonstrates a point. No one...NO ONE...equals Brady. And no one...NO ONE...equals Romo.

No one has earned titles like Brady. But few in NFL history have injected more sunshine into the world of football as Tony Romo...and in so many different ways. Electric player. Transcendent broadcaster.

If it weren't for the cancer that is T.nO (Owens). .... Romo would have posted titles. T.O. destroyed not only those immediate teams, but left a toxic legacy that was too much to overcome. Poisoned the locker room for years.

The teams sucking up the ilk of Beckham and Antonio Brown are in for a harsh lesson.

Some folks give life, some suck it all away.

Brady & who?

Just imagine if someone as creative as Kellen Moore was calling the plays with that team.

Loved this interview. Just wished it was longer. You could tell that Romo and Brady have the same mindset, intelligence and love of the game. Yeah, I'm not sure Tony's numbers will be good enough for Canton, but they are better than a number of guys who are in there already. I know... different eras, but Tony was a special player and hope that he gets in. He's certainly deserving. Without the injuries, he would have likely compiled the necessary stats and likley had a shot of going further in the postseason.

I like Romo but to Blame TO for Romo not getting any titles, especially when in 2007 Romo and T.O was one of our best chances of getting one.
Hate to quote Skiipy B, but "Team Obliterator" was AT LEAST somewhat responsible for the chemistry problems that plagued this team in an era where it had enough talent to go further than it did.
