Best guess, Taco gets moved this week for bad compensation to free up a space for the returning Quinn.

Or even worse, released outright. Even huge draft misses of years past lasted longer than just two seasons.

i dont get why we still still have Knight and Gifford on the 53,arent they really injured and wont be able to play any time soon?

Last I checked, Knight wasn't and Gifford was healing up faster than expected. That's why he wasn't IR'd after week one.

hill is understandable. he's a rookie. taco is not. something is rotten in Denmark regarding the former #1 pick.

The Cowboys have been so much better at drafting the last few years. But you can’t hit the jackpot every time. With Taco being inactive for the second straight game means we probably won’t get much if anything in a trade. If you were a team interested in TC why spend anything in draft capital when he may be available through waivers soon?

Only if you actually thought anything of him and weren't at the top of the waiver order.

But the rest of the league has eyes too.

I'm betting they do something to move Taco off the roster for that spot.
Yeah, they want to keep Knight & Gifford. Pretty clear that Taco is on the outs and is likely the 52nd player right now. 53 seems to currently be between LB Covington & WR Wilson. With Wilson up only to cover for Austin.

I never expected Hill to come in and get 8 sacks while stuffing the run

But Jesus I didn’t expect him to ever be inactive let alone the first two weeks weeks

The thing with Hill was he needed to have success early because some felt he didn't have mental makeup to bounce back from being inactive. Likely a lost year and Dallas probably just work on his strength this year and hope he matures. Not good look especially for team that was desperate for DT help.

Even if Dallas might not be done with him, I think Taco is done with Dallas.

It seems to me Jerry allows Marinelli one pick every year. Ivie, Taco, Hill.. I know I’m missing one or two...

the hill pick is looking more and more suspect every day looks like another Marinelli pick they should keep him out the draft room they have drafted pretty well but this taco pick and hill pick are a couple exceptions

Taco's failure is on Taco.
You don't blame the butcher for a tough steak.

Welp. We all gonna miss those taco celebrations when he's gone!

Yeah those are so creative and inventive. Thankfully we only had to be subject to them a couple times, mostly during pre-season against #3's. I sure will miss those. Made me want to eat Taco Bell straight away.

there are a few shoes left to drop with Taco, or rather Taco ain't the root issue here

and how does JJ feel about recent R1 and R2 picks inactive, ... Gregory ... and Irving not playing

safe picks and talented long shots healthy but crapping out - Rod needs to deliver a cohesive play making unit
