Having an appreciation for Dak's ability has nothing to do with fandom, just having open eyes

I am weary of people continuing to go after Dak even after two brilliant games. Let it rest. Your true colors are showing. You are a non fan. Please stay off the bandwagon. The Cowboys are awfully good. And are going to win a lot of games. You don't get to nonsensically attack someone and then start liking them.

Its been impressive. I was ready to move along after those 1st 7 games last year. He's seeing the whole field and the game has slowed down for him. Think the only thing he missed was Witten wide open in the end zone and he went underneath. With Zeke getting in sync with the ol and them scoring on 5 straight drives 2 weeks in a row this team is going to be hard to beat!

Anyone reasonable isn't doing that. I was hard on Dak for 3 seasons because he was late on throws and he would miss basic throws too often. 3rd and long was a screen. At the end of last season though some of us were talking about how he looked like he was turning the corner mentally, and that's actually been confirmed now because Dak recently said that's when the lights went on.

But the new throwing motion is the game changer IMO. It's like he has Forrest Gump's leg brace on his right arm for three seasons and he finally broke out of it. He is throwing with ease and the balls are just zipping on target. It's like watching a new guy, and these are not two fluke games. This is the new Dak.

Anybody who doesn't see that is just more interested in being right. Some guys are able to fix their weaknesses and some aren't. We should all be happy that Dak is one of the former.

There are people literally right this moment frantically trying to rewrite history and figure out any possible way they can of continuing to criticize Dak. Well keep it coming because much like Michael Jordan and Emmitt. The great ones thrive on undervaluing and proving the naysayers wrong. Bring it on. Just stay off the band wagon. :)

He didn't miss Witten, he was pressured and got the ball out as fast as he could to avoid the sack. Had the OL given him time, no doubt he would have seen Witten in the corner of the endzone.

I think that if you are able to look at this game, if you get an opportunity to review the all 22, you will see that Dak made some mistakes in this game. It was not a terrible game by any means but there are certainly things to work on in this game. Dak came down to earth a little bit but that's not a bad thing IMO.

So, he didn't see Witten then?

Now I am beginning to understand how we are losing our free speech in this country. People like this poster actually believe this. Wow. But just for giggles, people can "supposedly" say whatever they want whether we like it or not.
Yeah, I for one believe the criticisms of Dak were legitimate concerns. He looks like he has fixed them by seeing the field better and changing this throwing motion. He is definitely playing at another level now and we should all be grateful for it.

Dak and this offense have been impressive through two games and credit is certainly due. That being the case, fans have a way of doing what they damn well please, so it’s doubtful the fan’s guide nod of approval is highly sought.

The excitement of our early season offensive punch is tough for me to contain. I think I’ll enjoy that without much concern for what I feel might unwarranted criticism. I’m saying that knowing that some not-so-great days lie ahead. So goes life in the NFL.

In any event, what “they” say is all well and good. It comes with the dinner. This isn’t a consensus-building exercise and my only real concern is what goes on between the lines. And that’s where #4 must continue to deliver.
