terrible roughing the passer calls (ask Denver’s Chubb), missed PI calls, blowing plays dead that change the game (ask the Saints). I can’t stand NFL officials.
Im glad schlereth called out the refs live on air. Broncos lost that game due to one of the worst calls in history. If thats roughing the passer lets just play flag

Maybe they focus on the details in practice. Not like we have proof of them false starting often to get and upper hand and not get called

;) , titans somehow got called on this one .

Pats have been the least flagged / penalized team in the league for a decade now ,

plus they get calls that make them win games in post season .

Conspiracy ?
The Pats are like this unicorn. Nothing ever happens to them.

Cowboys 2 games so far this season.

Giants games, was actually pretty well reffed, no huge mistakes.

Commanders game, pretty much the same, I think the DLaw roughing the passer call was cheap, but that is what the rules say, even if hitting the QB low is by accident or whatever. So can't really complain. They screwed up but corrected the call when Dallas held and gave Washington a 1st. It was at the right call, just screwed up when they announced it, it happened before.

I can't think of any other calls that was questionable.

The refs are bad, no doubt about it. But you have to take into account the league "mandates" that really tie the hands of the officials.

There's so much paranoia over head injuries that the league has pretty much told the officials to call anything near the head. Look at Zeke last year getting called for lowering his head. Pollard had that called on him too. Stupid calls, but that's what the league wants. Quarterbacks are coddled to an extent that you can't hit them anymore.

Both Dak and Keenum were recipients of roughing calls that would've been ignored 10 years ago. I'm sure if those aren't called by the officials they get reprimanded.

It's tough to defend the refs. Again, I think they're overall bad. But it's so hard for them to do their job properly when the league wants to take the violence out of a violent game.

I think the issue with the refs is how complicated the nfl has made the rules. I dont know how you tell what's pass interference and roughing anymore.

When are people going to understand the amount of money that is gambled on these games and the refs rules and connections to it all?

I used to gripe about em all the time until they went on strike a couple years ago. They’re replacements fixed that problem for good
