Just shows you how much Stephan A. Smith researches what he talks about when he says Moore is an upgrade from Chan Gailey. Just goes to show we can't give guys like him too much credit.

Recently, I'm seeing a reasonably surprising transition in the utterings of Stephen A. Smith. His heretofore intolerable hatred of everything to do with the Cowboys is gradually morphing to being almost tolerable in, at least, some ways. Gotta wonder what might eventually happen if we continue winning! ;)

I can't understand why you would choose Wentz over Dak. Both arrived in the league the same year and in every single statistical category Dak has out performed Wentz (with the exception of TDs and TD %, which they're tied). Dak has a better winning percentage, better stats when the game is close and/or trailing in the 4th quarter, more game winning drives, and to top it all off has not missed a game. You would choose Wenz because of some percieved superior talent... That has yet to consistently been demonstrated?

I love it when people say “he has a great team around him”

Name me a starting qb that wins a lot of games and a SB without quality talent around him... whether it be offensive or defensive.

It’s daks job to win with the talent he is given. He looks like a different player this year

I think SAS is a huge Dak fan and since Dak has taken over and since SAS has talked about meeting at talking to Jerry Jones, SAS has been a little less antagonistic toward the Cowboys. He still harps on them and laughs when they lose, but he's been far more respectful since those two events. His schtick is obviously an act, but I really think he's becoming a Cowboys fans if he's not already a closet one.

Dallas is very lucky to have Dak. He is special and one of his best attributes is he doesn't get hurt. Gotta love guys who play every single game year after year after year.

Honestly, I think the narrative now should be is Wentz as good as Dak? Dak is clearly the better QB now and the Eagles would be a better team if Dak where their QB.

The only thing potentially able to stop Dallas from the SB this year is Dallas.

Right.

But he was the great hope for the offensive scheme to be something other than a vanilla prototype of Ernie Z's and Norv Turner's old offenses. He got fired because he wasn't an instant success.

Kellen Moore on the other hand came in guns a blazin'.
