Like Mike Tyson said, "everyone has a plan until they get punched in the mouth". The Cowboys played two weaker teams and won both, as they should have. You can only beat who is in front of you. But at the same time, it doesn't tell us everything we need to know about them. Washington has a good defense so the Cowboys beating up on them is a positive. Neither the Giants or Commanders have any offense to brag about. And yet, we have some fans questioning the defense. I understand why. There do appear to be some holes in the Cowboys defense and the concern is a good offense will exploit those holes.

I see 6-1 easy, eagles dont scare me AT ALL.

They should. If they have all their WRs and O Line on the field, they will be very, very good. They should have beaten Atlanta last night with a lot of second-stringers.

no they shouldn't have. that's like saying they should've lost to the Commanders. they're a good not great team.

If they lose 2 of these next 5 games - against no Brees and unimpressive Eagles and Packers teams - then they're just another random pretty good team. They'll be what they were last year.

If they’re 6-1 going into the bye that would be great. They need to take it one game at a time and not overlook the Saints.

Patriots were 1-2 last season with losses to Jags and Lions. They won the SB. You're wrong. Sorry. Try again.

We could easily be 7-0 going into the bye, but 6-1 would be fine, and even 5-2 wouldn’t be the sign of doom some want to make it. My prediction is 6-1, allowing for a trip up against either GB or Philly

Just hope Dallas is not thinking beyond Miami.
This. ^^^ Fans gonna be fans. And project the entire season based on two weeks of football!

Last year after 8 games, most of us (including myself) had pretty much written off the Cowboys. NFL seasons have more twists and turns than a roller coaster in a tunnel. One game at a time. Couldn’t ask for a better start but adversity comes every season, sometimes when it’s least expected. It’s how good teams are measured.

And there’s a reason the games are played on a field and not in a fan forum.

The Patriots get bored. They are the outlier in everything.

The Dolphins are a bye week. The Saints won't be a pushover, but they're nothing like they are with Brees. The Packers are here and can't match Dallas' roster or depth. The Eagles are old and dropping like flies.

The Rams and Chiefs would waltz through this and be at least 6-1. If Dallas is at that level, they will, too.

I have said many times for me I take no game for granted. I'll concern myself with NO or GB or Pats when they are the next opponent.

I disagree.. We could definitely catch a couple of L's in that stretch of games.

@ Saints won't be easy.

Rodgers has our number.

Eagles game is a coin flip.

Without Brees, the Dome crowd will be a near even split and TB is washed up.

Realistically. We should be 7-0 going into the bye. Not even being a homer here. But as the season progresses. Zeke gets stronger. Defense gets better. Barring injury I dont see us losing before the bye

Looking at that schedule I agree, should not really be even one loss showing before bye week, but one game at a time.
