What kind of Church do you work for where you get Christmas week off? lol. Don't churches usually have some type of mass or something that week? haha

baptist...sometimes we have to come in after candle light service on xmas-eve....and if xmas is on a sunday its just opening and closing....unless im not in town....:grin:...if my wife and i plan our vacation right.

Ok, got a few things I want to complain about today.... First off, the over saturation of MMA lately.... Does the UFC have to put out something every single week? Just finished watching the UFC 242 earlier tonight.... An hour and 44 minutes for the early prelims.... 2 hours for the prelims..... 3 hours for the main card (PPV)... Are you kidding me?.... After bypassing all the promos and introductions, I managed to condense all three to 4 hours and 46 minutes.... Still too darn long.....

Now I am watching Ultimate Fight Night 158 from last weekend.... Again the Early prelims are an hour and 6 minutes.... Prelims are an hour and 52 minutes.... The main card is 2 hours and 53 minutes.... Still dealing with the early prelims, which BTW are only 2 fights, but I have seen 15 minutes of fighting so far at 53 minutes of the card so far.... You may say, that is the way UFC is getting their value since they have so many talented fighters.... Possible but also doubtful.....

I only bring up UFC because it is now weekly. Imagine trying to keep up with UFC, Bellator, Invicta, RiZiN, M1, etc........ While all these stated before are the better companies, there is another 10 I do not watch religiously being I have not the time but collect.... Each of them having prelims shows and their main cards....

Can someone please train me a profession to have 25 hours a week off to watch MMA on the side without losing money to keep up with just one of my hobbies?

Issue number 2..... Why is it that you have a good night at work after 2 weeks of slow business, the manager and the owner wants to say it makes up for such? Really???????? I had 4 deliveries on Monday..... That shift was 10:30am to 8pm. I get paid $5 an hour plus tips.... In what way does a good shift offset that crap of a day not less a 2 week run of insanity? I had 4 deliveries on Monday, 10 on Tuesday working 9 and a half hours, 11 deliveries on Wednesday working 11 and a half hours, off on Thursday, and 14 deliveries on Friday from 4pm to 10pm. The only difference was I made $98 dollars on Friday, well beyond the normal $5 per delivery average.... These lovable dimwits think a day of unusual tips make up for the gas lost, the time spent, and the fact I go under the knife on both wrists next month is worthy... For those that don't know, I mean surgery not suicide.... lol

Can we please find an emoji that explains my displeasure without being fired a few weeks before missing 3 months or more? Then again being fired might get me unemployment so maybe a way to get me fired in the next 2 weeks might be beneficial. LMAO. Was joking there... Only been fired once in my life and not ready to see a part 2.... I was let go for trying to form a union at another state with the Culinary Union.... After being in such in Vegas, I realized just how crappy other states are mistreating their tipped employees.... It is a problem all tipped employees should look into... For medical insurance at least......

Last but not least, why is it you have a drunken night of music and posting, you try posting some decent stuff, and wake up with a few likes, 20 quotes, and a barrage of "are you are ok?" PM's? Most of the quotes are grammar ****'s which sadly don't understand I was drunk while posting, then the others are my friends wondering if I had a stroke while posting.... Is it not possible I believe in fighting for the newer members and question Well Known Members for their sometimes hateful reactions? My lord, everyone was quick to say I should not let stuff get to me, like the internet. WOW, like being a Mod, an Admin, a Sysop, even an owner of over 3 sites in the past has not taught me how cruel the internet can be... Regardless I must be misinformed or barking up the wrong tree.... I guess being an oak is not to your liking.... Regardless, I am sober tonight and still stand by my convictions. Like it, love it, or hate it, I am still in awe how some are treated here while trying to make a name for themselves. Hope to see that change....
