After the Cowboys smoked the Commanders and Dak plays outta his mind-- Again, here comes the know it alls "The Skins suck! Worst team in the league... any QB could do that to their sorry defense. Let's see them do that against (insert team here)"...

well get ready because MIA is truly the worst team in the league.. so for one week that holds true..

NY and Wash are bad but Miami and The jets come to mind as not very good..so each week we could say at the moment we are playing the worst team in the league LOL..pretty much all bad thats why it was expected to be 3-0 after the first 3..

We won't get credit for being a good team unless we continue to blow out the bad teams, and then get some quality wins against teams like the packers, eagles, patriots, etc. With Brees out beating them won't get us respect, but if we lose to them.......look out! Honestly, I don't think even an 8 - 0 start will make believers out of most people like that. It'll be "they've only played 2 decent teams". Who cares, just keep winning!

because weve been 13-3 with home field and lost.. nothing short of trip to the NFCCG and a SB will stop doubters.. we have doubt because we had that instilled into us..

like SAS says and I hate him but its held true in our biggest moments,

we are an accident waiting to happen, if it can happen it will happen.. the craziest things happen in our biggest games and we are constantly disappointed over 23+ yrs..

Week 1: The Eagles coming back from 17 down against the Commanders shows they are a great team

Week 2: The Cowboys briefly trailing the Commanders by 7 shows that they are actually no good

if its 13-10 sure we will be going what the heck is going on , barely beat a bad team..sure thats natural..

we cant be fooled by great RS anymore.. its about playoff wins and that one big 2nd round win we've been craving for years...so there are a lot who are more critical waiting for it to fall apart..

OK...maybe that was a slight exaggeration.

They are both 0-2 and have given up 63 points, one has already benched the starting QB and the other will shortly. They are not good teams and the Cowboys have scored 17 and 10 more, respectively, and have looked good on offense in both games.

Part of this is because of the history of the team against teams with winning records and until that changes , the narrative doesn't change. They look good but in order to look great, they will have to beat better teams.

Why does anyone care what anyone else thinks about these victories? Some are a hard case and want it proven to them that this team isn't that old team and for some, that will not happen until January. All depends on how someone defines a successful season. Last year was a failure to some.

So far, the Cowboys have done what was expected, beat inferior teams and will do so again to go to 3-0. The team must do the unusual for some to take off the skeptical glasses.

And btw, they have just as much a right to feel as they do as the others do without being called or labeled something. All of this hater/homer crap is just that.

And in case no one has noticed, the old injury bug is starting to bite after two games and the Cowboys aren't immune losing Gallup, Crawford and Woods and that's just the beginning. This season could very well come down to how well the coaches coach the backups, just like 2015.

I get outsiders but our own fan base not giving credit? lol I see more praise by those in the media than some here. I fully understand the road gets tougher as they move forward but does not change the fact that in games we have grown accustom to being nail biters the Cowboys are destroying teams like Wash and NY. As much grief as the defense has taken they have given up 38 points total and 14 of those points where garbage time TD when the game was no longer in doubt.

That explains Cowboys lovers and Cowboy haters. When Romo or Dak or the team doesn't/didn't do well, "Well, if we surrounded them with talent." Or when the Eagles cruised to a 14-2 record "They didn't play anybody. Wentz's offensive line is better than/equal to the Cowboys (yes, people were actually making that argument" …"
Dak can stink up the game for three quarters but if he wins in the end, everything is forgiven. Matt Ryan can stink up the entire game, throw a winning TD pass to Julio Jones and either he's lucky, the Eagles suck or his performance doesn't outweigh the other three quarters that put his team in that position anyway.

The arguments are interchangeable. That's why it's so laughable to read posts during failure and success. Both the lovers and the haters make excuses because both are blinded by their own self-interests and their own self-perceptions.

Thinking that any of us are immune to this dynamic is what's amusing and delusional.

And remember in the Skins game ... their 1st points came as a result of a TO (INT) giving them a short field for their offense .

I hope you’re right. JJ has made us delusional, if that’s the case. 20+ years of an incompetent front office and 10 years of the clapping puppet will work on a 50+ year fan.

They show promise but you can actually watch and see how the defense plays and the Giants let everyone wide open. They havent been relative to winning much less against the Cowboys in years. Our tes didnt have but 1 Td all year until we played the Giants.

The skins held us pretty good for 2 quarters but seemed to fall because they were banged up on defense in the secondary.

We'll get Miami and the Saints w out Brees.

I dont think anybody questions this offense of being pretty good or that it has drawn a favorably easy schedule or team that was dessimated by injuries.

What we question is whether this team can compete with the Best teams in the League. I personally dont think our te dominated passing offense can keep up w dual rbs and slot wrs at the playoff level so blowing out teams that are in our division that have losing records isnt a good judge or a sign of greatness.

I thot wed beat the skins in a low scoring affair since we SUCK ON GRASS but we were able to string a couple of high scoring games together so thats a plus.

Our top 3 wrs look more potent rn than previous years and our rbs and qb do also.

These wrs and rbs are close to being able to overcome this queer jumbo package te led passing offense we keep getting forcefed for hype and endorsements but we got 1 playoff td in 16 yrs from our tes and maybe that many game winning plays so theres a reason why were skeptical against great coaching.

Did yall think Jarwin and Schultz or Witten and Escobar or Hanna were gonna win us a bunch of playoff Games dominating all the passing snaps w 4-5 tds and no game winning plays on their resume?

If you bet your money on Jarwin and schultz last year over the Rams on Grass youre delusional as this coaching staff is.

Just as delusional as putting youre money on #82 and Jarwin when we go to the playoffs this year.

I said we'd have to have a steak at every skilled position to make up for our 2 scrub tes who are dominating passing snapcounts if were gonna compete w the teams with 6 great skilled players at the playoff level. Its been 9 years of watching these tes play every snap im this Garrett/Jones te scheme and so far Ive been CORRECT.

And why I think were closer than ever before I still dont think we can overcome this coaching staffs excessive use of a bunch of tes who dont have any big play or scoring capabilities at the playoff level. And I dont trust Garrett, linehan, km, or Jerry to sit these tes come playoff time

True. I want to see better overall play from defense but they are not playing bad just would like to see them kick it up a notch
