Mahomes is on the same pace...but yea, if two guys throw for 50+ touchdowns it will probably just go to the guy on the better team.
That and new upcoming star line how Mahommes won last year.

And why I say if Dak continues this pace leading us to a Super Bowl my money is on him winning it.

No one who has watched since Eddie LaBaron, and is still waiting the last 23 years, if your OK with mediocrity and that's good for you no problem, 3 Dallas QB's have taken the DC to the SB, 23 years and counting there hasn't even been a Conf Championship game played so I look at it as 2 games means squat in the big picture. Let see where this team is come late January. Anything less than a Superbowl is another failed season no easy way to tell you that.
Going to championship games isn’t mediocrity.

And your last sentence completely supports a Super Bowl or Bust mentality.

There's no doubt Dak is a good quarterback, he already has more threads than completions after two weeks

Dak Prescott is off to the best start of his career and he’s got the numbers to prove it.

Prescott’s seven touchdown passes in the first two weeks are the most by a Dallas Cowboys’ quarterback since Don Meredith had seven in the first two games in 1966.

His 42-yard run in Sunday’s 31-21 win over the Washington Commanders is the second-longest in team history behind Danny White’s 48-yard run in 1980.

Ok, Greg. Nice way to mention Meredith and White, but why bring up Romo?

I know he's good. You know he's good. Why won't some recognize it?

If you’d read the entire column opening up the link you’d of seen I simply copied it.

Perhaps you should ask Stefan Stevenson of the Ft Worth Star Telegram?

1966 Merideth won player of the year which is equivalent to MVP now leading Cowboys to first Championship appearance.

If Dak continues this pace he’ll win MVP and we’ll be playing for a championship.

This is all our talented roster needed was a more Elite QB.

Wow, I mean you completely miss what the offense really needed. What this offense REALLY needed was a REAL OC and a REAL play caller.

Heck, turn off your TV until SB Sunday! No point in wasting your time with trivial games! :)

It needed a more Elite QB . Which we are getting now. A better OC certainly helps. But without the added and returning talent and Daks amazing leap to perfection at this historic level it’s not likely we’d of seen this much improvement.

And why has Dak taken this amazing leap?

And the return of possibly the best center we've ever had.
And the rest of OL healthy. Best shape we’ve been on OL since 2016.

And add Cobb, Cooper from the onset and return of Witten we’ve added more talent. I’d argue the greatest supporting cast Daks had. Mix in two of the worst defenses with some fresh play calling and these are the results.

Basically we're going to have to outscore everyone again. Hello 2014 and 2016, my old friend.

Could be if defense doesn’t stiffen up. And why I’m holding off getting too excited until we play some Elite teams .

At least ones with a more prolific QB, offense and or tough defense to get a better measurement.

So far , it looks great. But I’d pump the breaks until we get into more serious traffic.
