Which coach is hardest to find assuming things continue

assuming the coaches continue to perform the way they have in last 2 year, which coach is the most valuable and hardest to hire? please rank from most valuable to least valuable. 10 being super valuable and 0 being dumpster fire. feel free to use negative values if you really want to.

so called head coach
offense coordinator moore
qb coach - kitna
defense coordinator marinelli
defense coach richard

Unfair question because not all these coaches have been doing the same job for "the past 2 years".

1. Moore. Clearly has good rapport with Dak. If you are going to pay Dak, you need to pay Moore so he doesn't leave. (10)
2. Richard. Done a good job developing the LB's and CB's. Minimized Heath's weaknesses (8)
3. Kitna. Like moore, done a good job with Dak. Footwork and throwing motion much improved since last year (7)
4. Garrett. Players like him and play hard for him. Brings little else. (3)
5. Marinelli. Time to call it a career. (1)

Garrett, moore, kitna seems to be a great combo so far. Now if the defense doesnt turn it on soon i'd start looking for new replacements.

Pretty spot on. I give Garrett some credit as a leader of men but he has no Xs and Os value.
