I expect Dak to sign about a day after they cut Charlton. No way Jerry is going to let the smell of bad taco meat waft around the organization all week. They'll be a presser and Jerry will physically shoot rainbows out his buttocks to cover the scent of this.

Trade him to the Lions for their ugliest cheerleader. Would be a steal for us. Or my second choice would be to trade him for their concession stand operator, which would still be a good deal.

I am surprised they didn't give him a look with Quinn out the first 2 games but he obviously burned some bridges.

Can we get rid of the guy who pounded the table to draft him, too?

It doesn't, but Taco imploding doesn't erase the team's improvement and good drafting overall.

No, they've done well overall. But this epic bust really hurts the batting average. This wasn't just any other 'miss', especially when Watt was there waiting for them. It's a double whammy. One guy is in the Pro Bowl and the other is about to be on the street.

Some needs a nap today...o_O I dont see how you can say anything I said was nonsense... I was here and I think the majority would agree no one was jumping up and down with any of those picks mentioned...I stand by that. Done here... you can have the last word.

Starting with you. Go lie down instead of lying about what "half the board" thinks so you can feel better about this team's failures.

He must really be a jackass, completely suck or both. They put out there in preseason, I thought he looked good when given the chance and showed real potential. Would think they'd be able to keep him on the roster but obviously don't want him around

What's worse is the few of us that hated the pick got picked apart for not liking the pick.

Now apparently everyone hated the pick, which wasnt the case at all at the time. Similiar to what we are seeing with Hill now.
I remember a heated debate over him or T.J. Watt. From my recollection, many Cowboys fan wanted Watt.

No one is picking up 3 million in salary for guy the team will likely cut anyway, plus its clearly an attitude issue that even other teams know more about than the fans do.
There are several teams with large amounts of cap space and players with attitude issues get traded all the time. He's young, he has ideal DE size, and he's going to be motivated to prove the Cowboys wrong. I can't believe there isn't a trade partner out there unwilling to even give up a 7th rd pick. I'm not asking for much lol.

It wasn't really a debate. 90% of this forum wanted Watt. A majority also wanted Thornhill who is doing well with the Chiefs. You add those two players to this team and we're serious Super Bowl contenders.

cut? I'm shocked by that. They can't trade him for like a 7th at least!

He has some talent, but no drive to excel and his online presence since being drafted has been that of a spoiled whiner. So yeah, complete jackass.

What did Taco do for us to waive him? Why isn't he even allowed to get on field and at least provide depth?
