I think in Cap era it’s actually a good move tanking and trading for all of the first round picks. Fastest way to turn it around. Cowboys in 1989 were first team to do it. And that was before Cap era.Good point. The NFL has historically mostly avoided the scourge of teams tanking for the top pick in the draft. Without a lottery to protect it from happening, it may become a future issue.
I care much more that the team come out healthy than a blowout win.
I need a 22.5 point win
Most of those players wouldn’t be NFL players if it was not for the Dolphins.Nailed it. The Dolphins are an NFL team with NFL players. I’ll be happy as long as we get to 3-0, style points be damned.
Garrett will pull back, but the Patriots have not shown mercy since the hoodie took over.Take a bow Bobby........to see some posters suggesting better win by 40 or 50 points is absolute BS. They forget there's an unspoken code of respect among NFL coaching fraternity and means not running up the score. If becomes obvious we are dominating the Dolphins and up by 25-30 points, look Garrett to start pulling back a bit.
If that’s true, you should bet your house on them finishing 0-16.Most of those players wouldn’t be NFL players if it was not for the Dolphins.
All I want is a 1-point win and no significant injuries.
We need 12 wins to earn the bye we need. I really don’t care if they aren’t all pretty like the last 2 games.
*It was previously posted by one of our esteemed fellows that the x#97 would've needed to of been acquired by Miami on the previous day....Taco is going to come out wanting some of Daks money. ....
