Man, couple years ago, I had this issue for a year....out of nowhere, it would be a gusher. Wouldn’t stop normally with tissue. I’d have to blow clots out my nose before it would slow down. One time I was just pulling into parking at the office and it started. Had to go home as my shirt was soaked.

Dr talked about cauterizing blood vessels in my nose, but just as suddenly, it stopped. Not a nose bleed in the past two years.

When I travel to high altitude areas with dry air it happens to me. I learned to stop taking certain allergy meds depending on where I am.

My son got them all the time regardless of where he was and what he was doing. Some have thinner membranes. Is what it is.

* Back when I had the big swimming pool house,that had a double open sided fireplace ( between that one immaculately Martha Stewartishly maintained& off limits/verboten 'sitting' room& the living room) I'd catch a nose bleed outt'a the blue,but only in the winter,,,er,,,as I was a genuine wood fire fiend.o_O

I can't remember ever having a nose bleed except for the time one of my older brothers broke my nose for mouthing off to him when I was 14.
