When I said that there are other aspects that makes an franchise QB or an elite QB besides his arm talents, this is what I mean. Wentz may have a great arm and some believe he has better natural QB skills over Dak. But, Dak has those intangibles of leadership and making a team want to play hard for him. That what I would give Dak over Wentz.

Now, I'm wondered whether or not the strain in the between Eagles players and Wentz will start to show itself more with the more than they lose, and if some of them will wish that had Foles their instead of Wentz.

True, I think there could be a big melt down in Philly should they drop their next game to Green Bay, especially if Cowboys win vs the Saints dropping Philly 3 games behind us. As for Dak, I don't spend much time on trying to compare Dak to others, Dak is out there doing his job and helping his team win ball games. He and Moore look like they are on the same page with each other and I see Dak confidence in this offense as high as I have ever seen it. Key for Dak just go out there and execute the game plan and continue to work on improving himself and everything else will take care of itself, you can't concern yourself with other peoples perceptions

The irony that an eagles fan has the most likes on a cowboys forum

He uses the naivety of some of our clueless fans to his advantage, who totally buy into his schtick and find him endearing for God only knows why. He openly mocks the team while those who have their heads firmly planted up their rear ends consider it 'cute' and 'witty'. Honestly, his likes are an indication of how gullible and self loathing some of our fans can be. I'm not sure who to despise more; the idiot troll or the idiot fans that provide him credibility. Every thinly vieled but disparaging remark the troll makes is met with at least four or five "oh you. snicker* snicker*" by the sheeple wrapped around his finger. He has the psychology of the board figured out. I'll give him that.

To be fair, Dak's play was pretty bad last year before we got Cooper. The fact that both Jeffrey and Jackson are injured should probably be factored into Wentz having 61.3 and 94.6 ratings the last two weeks after a 121 the first week, when Jackson and Jeffrey were healthy.

This is another one of those threads when too much of the blame is placed on the quarterback. Usually, we save that kind of thing for our own, though.

This is fair. Wentz has thrown two dropped TDs late in games that probably win the games for the Eagles in two consecutive weeks. That's not on him, that's on the receivers. That's tough for Wentz.

Although we have differed on opinions in the past, you have explained it perfectly. Hes great at coming into a thread respectfully and then you'll see the passive aggressive post that blows it up. Hes a master of that technique.

I heard somebody on Philly sports talk radio refer to Wentz’s red face acne outbreaks as his “woogie outbreaks”.

If you don't mind, which Eagles fan poster are you referring to? I want to make sure I don't like any comments made by some dumb Eagles fan!

IMO the average fans watches the games and enjoys it, then talks with friends after. The main dynamic of Internet fans is to grouse about their favorite boogeyman.

You could start an account called "Jerry Sucks" and then have kids in India man the account to post "Jerry sucks" or "Garrett Sucks" or "Dak Sucks" to 90% of the posts here.

That fake account would have at least 50,000 likes.

Give me Dak 10 times outta 10. Just being durable and a respected leader is half the battle. Give me a guy that I know I can count on to be there every Sunday.

Wentz has to live in the shadow of Nick Foles forever as the team will not play as hard for him . Daks team will walk through the fire for him . They all love him he is there to lead every game .

Wentz has talent but his team is making business decisions. Dak has talent and what it takes to win. The ability to motivate the team to play over there heads in big moments
