Witten catches the ball and falls down. Jarwin catches the ball and takes off. Get my drift?
How many chose #82 in Fantasy Football this year? Much less any te that played for the Cowboys in 5-6 years?
None of #82s fans want to talk black n white stats. I like #82 also but why does #82 have to be on the field when Jarwin is on passing downs? Thats just ignorant. This is a poor choice of personnel groups for passing downs.
Witten can block and has better mechanics and makes few mistakes but hes offers no firepower as a receiver because hes slow as molasses and cant score beans. Hes like a pawn in chess because he cant win the Game w his skillsets very often. We need him on a limited basis as a receiver.
Jarwin has good speed but his mechanics suck. Hes not a great route runner and has a low open rate. He has better racs than 82 and bigger play capabilities but his open rate and catch are poor and his blocking skills are not very good either.
My take is that neither are that great and neither should be on the field at the same time EVER!!!! If they are they need to be substituting for each other not anybody else.
WE HAVE BETTER SLOT WRS AND RBS SO THERES NO REASON FOR THESE DUAL TE FORMATIONS WHATSOEVER!!! ESPECIALLY ON PASSING DOWNS.
Neither excel as receivers at all against .500 teams and they always come back empty handed on critical passing downs. I can remember games that were won offensively at receiving by our wide receivers and rbs but when I try to remember a game where our te dominated a top defender or made the game winning play im left with a blank and you know #82 played every passing snap for 15 yrs.
Theres very little sauce period when the Game is on the line. We're better off going 4-5 wide with our best 4-5 skilled players and set all of these tes down on critical passing plays.
If i had to choose 1 te Id go with Jarwin. But I'd be using no 12 personnell group formations whatsoever and less 11 personell groups and Id roll with 10 personell using rbs and slot wrs.
