Ox tails marinated in some jerk sauce with red beans and rice, cabbage, and diced potatoes. I'm not going to lie, I've got to head to Carena's Caribbean Restaurant for her famous Cocoa bread to top this dish off just right. While I'm out, I've got to get the kids something to eat because "Ox tails" don't go over well with them....lol!! they don't know what they're missing, and of course I'll be sipping on my favorite beverages as I watch our Cowboys down in the "Big Easy"

Pioneer Woman's bloody mary chili and a couple boxes of Taco Bell Party Tacos, crispy...with a dip from half guacamole and sour crème (side by side)

For a change, plenty of cold peach tea...and pop my first top about half - time.

My college team had a bye week so I get to over eat for the Cowboys game.

Fried pork chops, mashed potatoes with white gravy, garlic and bacon green beans, baked mac and cheese, and home made rolls. For dessert apple pie with home made lard crust served with ice cream and optional caramel sauce -- home made, of course.
