Same old same old very frustrating esp when we have for years been used to our problems being on defensive side not our offense unable to score points.
The formula is simple even a child can understand it ......STOP Zeke and WIN the game.
You're a numbers guy well we're 1-8 when Zeke has under 75 yards.
Anyone who understands the game knows the above has one culprit and he's wearing #4 ..........I mean heck isn't that why the QB position is usually the highest paid as its the most important position on the field!
pappy but maybe not fair to Dak that Zeke fumbles ( i know not really but the refs ) and Witten fumbles and Cooper drops passes and Cobb drops 1st down passes....if we would have won 13-12 i dont think people would have been so upset....maybe a little that we did not score more but?

I mind when we're at the Mercy of Zeke if he runs we win if he doesn't we lose this is a lopsided offense and we got fellow fans here who wanna lock up our QB for 200 million deal?
Yes, this I mind to the hill as they say.
I mean how many more games do we need to lose because Zeke isn't running?
Get a QB that can win when our running game isn't over 100 yards then we're talking Superbowl.

pappy oh man that photo is priceless..no doubt Dak can't get that thought out of his mind

Another member here posted it figured a photo is worth a thousand words. I mean when you think about it Dak's biggest games 6 in total for over 300 yards are pretty much against the Giants or going nowhere dogs woof woof....lol...

Never. We're stuck with him.

There's hope as Jerry and Son so far haven't given that coveted contract Dak so desires.
But knowing Jerry you're probably correct.

This is the same old Cowboys team. The problem with this team is that the game plans are too simple for defenses. Stop Zeke and you win! The Saints defensive line played so aggressive and were playing with the idea of attack Zeke and if Dak keeps the ball go after him. The way to beat that type of defense is to have quick hitting timing plays to the WRs where Dak doesnt hold the ball for more than 2 sec. Problem is Dak threw maybe 2 or 3 of those passes and that was it. What we saw was Daks inconsistency and accuracy revealed. This is what Dallas will get against a very good D line. For those of you who were circling the Bears game as a win forget it. Zeke will be stuffed and Dak will be sacked 7 times.

if this team would get to play the dolphins and Commanders every week they may make the playoffs but that is not how it works by the time December rolls around we will be talking about the draft

Who's the OC? If Moore gets all the credit for the first 3 games that were wins and the offense looked great, he deserves blame when the offense fails in a loss. I'm far from a Garrett homer but I'm not a hater either. I point the finger in the direction where the blame should be. Saints loss was not on Garrett.

Sure did look like Garret's plan. Certainly wasn't the gameplan or play calling we saw Moore execute for the first three games, but was suspiciously reminiscent (read: identical) to the craptastically simplistic and conservative gameplan and play calling we've seen Garrett and Linehan call countless times before. Why did Moore suddenly revert to the crapfest of old when he was so successful in his first three outings? Makes no damn sense whatsoever.

I've seen a lot of this since the loss. "It looked like..." "It seemed like..." "It smelled like..." And it's all agenda related by Garrett haters. I'm far from a Garrett lover and he has some blame in this as well. But the bulk of it falls on Moore. He had an easy road for the first three games but looked lost on Sunday night, in a real test on the road. As I've said, Moore will get better but he crapped the bed in this one.

The one's who are drinking the Kellen Moore Kool-Aid need to slow down. He's still learning and there's going to be some bumps in the road. But the whole idea that Moore deserves all the credit when the offense looks great, but doesn't deserve the the blame when they don't is just silly.

It’s back to the same old Cowboys I fear. It appears to me Garrett got tired of all the admiration being thrown to Moore and wrestled back control of the offense for the NO game. If it stays that way, the results will be like last year or worse.

While I could agree with you had I seen Moore bungle a game under his own circumstances, the fact that everything was identical to the old playcalling we've all come to hate so much means I have my doubts. This loss has Garrett's sloppy fingerprints all over it, from the piss poor personnel management to the ultra conservative play calling. It was a complete departure from what we've seen Moore do in the first three games. He completely abandoned every strategy that worked in the last three games as well as failing to use weapons he'd exploited before to great effect? I don't buy that this is on Moore, not for a second. I've seen too many Cowboy games meander down this ridiculous hole under Garrett's watch to not recognize the signs when I see them.

I still can’t get past losing to Bridgewater as the QB. I put a whole lot of stock into that. I place extreme emphasis on the opponents starting signal caller.
And no, I don’t care about where played, opposing coach or the entire list of other variables that went into losing that particular specific game.

I guess I just don’t leave much gray area for interpretation when I consider the criteria to be considered a legit Super Bowl contender. I say you cant lose to back up QBs. You just can’t.

Pls spare me the Foles and/or Hostetler comparisons.

And to answer your OP, yes, a definite Same Old Cowboys reality check once again.
So, don't talk about the comparisons that disprove your point?

They gave up 12 points to the Bridgewater-led offense. Your theory is silly.

You're entitled to your opinion and I respect it. The real fact remains that Moore is the OC that cruised through three easy games. He got punched in the mouth this time. He'll get better and I'm not worried about it. That's my opinion. There's plenty of blame to go around in this one and to just point the finger at Garrett alone makes no sense. But keep drinking the Kellen Moore Kool-Aid if that's your wish.

P.S. Your avatar and relatively new presence has the "sloppy fingerprints" of a Garrett hater that has more than one account under different email addresses. What do I win for just jumping to that conclusion?

Was gonna like your reply until the snide remarks at the end. This is my only account.

PS: Yes I'm a Garrett hater. It's well deserved in my opinion.
