Jerry just gave the worst endorsement to his Son Jason, so i cannot see him keeping job after this season NOR after loosing skid he's about to endure over next 5 games... So question is Who do you think the next HC will be, and who will his OC and DC be.

my Picks are:

Dan Campbell - HC
Kellen Moore - OC
Kris Richards - DC

Dan Campbell comes in and keeps the current staff? That’s rare. Plus Dan Campbell the TE coach of NO??? So you hand a SB contender to a TE coach? I would not but with Jerry one never knows.

Since we are playing the what if game why not call Urban Meyer. He needs a job and would at least offer some hope. How about Nick Saban? Hey Nick you want one last crack at a SB. Here’s a 4 year contract. That works. If I was playing a long game I would hire David Shaw. Love that guy. From the pro ranks??? How about some Eric Bienienmy? I am in the minority but I think Josh McDaniels will be great at his next stop. If Garrett goes I think Richard will get a long look. I would also try to pry Jon Harbaugh out of Baltimore. One more and I will get roasted for this...Mike Pettine. Very good coach. No chance in Cleveland but has built a killer defense at every stop. I like him a lot.

Anybody but Lincoln Friggin Riley.

the only way Garrett is not the HC of the Cowboys next year is if GARRETT decides he doesn't want to be. He would be a hot coach if he decides not to renew his contract:

ATL
WASH
Baltimore
Carolina
Texans
Jacksonville
Giants
Pittsburg

All could be looking for a new coach next year.
not giants
not pittsburgh
not baltimore
not carolina

Definitely Washington,
Raiders?
Texas, maybe if they don't make the playoffs
Vikings? if they don't make the playoffs
Atlanta, maybe if they miss the playoffs and have a losing record

it may end up being a light year for coaching replacements since there is a lot of first year head coaches and they have a longer leash...

oh please please please no gimmiky college coaches...that means no success for 2 years and 2 years of time wasted....no Riley, no Meyer...they only one I would take is Saban and that's because he has NFL experience.

this is a ready made team that needs an experienced NFL coach, not a college coaching breaking into NFL.....

There's a reason he doesn't have a contract for next year...

But there's absolutely no way he'd be a "hot coach." Why would anybody hire him?

Because Front office people aren't biased fans.

1 Losing season out of 8
576 win percentage
3 Division Wins
13 win season with a rookie 4th round Qb
Said 4th round QB is now considered one of the better QB in the league
3 double digit win seasons and counting
1 fumble and 1 miracle play from being in two NFC title games
Took a team with lots of old players and big contracts and no cap space remained competitive while doing a complete overhaul of the team. Now one of the youngest, most talented teams with a good outlook for the cap.
Manages the spotlight of the DC HC job very well
Players love the guy

He has proven he can win the NFL, something that is not easy to do. He has won with a veteran QB and won with a rookie QB, again, not easy to do. I know all you guys refuse to give him any credit out of pure hatred, but again, NFL FO people are not biased fans. He would easily be a top most vacancy lists if he becomes available.

I generally agree with College Coaches. The Lincoln Riley slobberfest makes zero sense. That said you are nuts if you don’t think Urban Meyer would be a success right out of the box. Great coach and a larger, immediate upgrade over the clown currently on the Dallas sidelines. Meyer is a difference maker anywhere.

Could be, but it always seems to around 8 new coaches per year.
Gnats - I would put at 60/40 Shumer returning - depends on what they do now with their new QB. This is his 2nd year, they need at least 8 wins or it could be his last.
Pitt- He has been there 12 years, it wouldn't surprise me to see him go at all
Balitmore - I would say you are correct on this one.
Carolina - He has been there 8 years now. They may just want a change, especially if Cam is done. He is a .557 winning coach.

I don't think the Raiders will give up on Chucky just yet, they still owe him a boatload of money.

Atlanta, I think Quinn is done honestly. They look horrible this year.

I sorry but we cant keep letting Jerry do this, you as GM hire a HC

he alone decides the entire complete staff from there.. they will never be the same coach of you force Coordinators on them..

keeping part of the old staff is not changing enough.. blow it all up or stay with what we have..

honestly I don't like college coaches except for teams that are rebuilding...every year and all the time there are hot college coaches, including meyer and it just takes them a couple of years to adjust.
