Today I’ll be smoking so some ribs and sausage along with some jalapeño poppers I also have some crown and some German beer that a friend brought me and there is a Patron victory shot

Feeling lazy today turkey tenderloin in the oven. Not sure about the sides ....probably just a veggie. Leftover pizza for lunch and a sausage biscuit to start the day off. Go Cowboys!

Dang we have a lot of folks that eat really well. My wife is tickled (& sometimes ticked) when I start suggesting things I read in this thread.

Today is meat loaf & mashed potatoes. I've already been informed that I get to peel the potatoes. Can't decide if I want country or brown gravy.

Coffee right now. Have no idea what is on the menu. Probably will run out to get something.
Will need to finish the game on DVR. Have to go get someone at the airport around 5:30. Told them they will have to wait. :muttley:

Chorizo and eggs coffee.
Wings, bacon wrapped onion rings on the grill and I'll make some mac and cheese with bacon.
Beer cold/ bourbon neat.

I put one can of cream of mushroom and one can cream of chicken back in the oven for 15 more minutes.

So far homemade NY Sub sandwiches (think peppered pastrami and provalone) w butter-grilled sub buns, shredded lettuce, tomato, onion, oregano and heaps of VO at my rellies house with tater salad - if Ron White isn't busy. (See what I did there?) :lmao:

We're staying at Balcones CC in Austin. I brought my buddy some tamales from the Valley. He heated them up on the griddle with eggs and bacon!!!! Great morning with friends!
