Nope, or he'd get a real QB/HC.

Why should he or could he care about the fans. Fans show up because of the star, pay money for gear, food, beer in his over the top stadium. In Oxnard, he makes millions every summer, Along with all through the year.

He doesn't give two craps about the fans. Pretty sure not many owners do. They are there to make money.

He could drop dead tomorrow, I wouldn't shed a tear.

It’s been nearly 25 years since this team won anything important. The only constant in those 25 years is the fool in the owners box who hires HCs based on how comfortable they make him feel, not who gives us the best chance to win.

In answer to your question, NO Jerry doesn’t give a rat’s bohiney about fans unless they’re spending $$. And truth is, I don’t care if he cares about us....I do care that he doesn’t appear to want to win bad enough to hire a better HC. He would rather lose with a mediocre HC than win with a great coach because of his phobia of losing some almighty “credit”. He’s the most insecure billionaire in history.

He’s got an airbus helicopter and a boat long as a football field and has yet to win anything without Jimmy’s help. Sans an empty HOF jacket.

Refreshe my memory, did JJ fire Parcells or did Parcells leave on his own accord? I do remember Parcells saying he regrets leaving Dallas when he did that he should have stayed 1 more year!

No. He never did in that way. Jerry Jones was not some humanitarian who bet millions to buy an NFL team as a reward to its fans. He bought the franchise for fame and fortune.

Jones does care for those who acknowledge what he has done for bringing championships back to Dallas and what he has tried to do ever since. It takes a special type of mentality to see themselves as the ONLY person capable of overseeing football operations of his franchise for 30 years. Say it slowly. ONLY person. T-h-i-r-t-y years.

Some people believe that is normal behavior. Some people applied normal excuses to justify what they believe is normal behavior like he’s greedy.

It ain’t normal behavior. It never has been. What normal mentality ever believed taking a backseat to a two-time winning head coach would justify firing him? What normal mentality thinks the best way to run a business predicated upon fluidic annual changes is employing one never changing mindset? What normal mentality thinks the most qualified board of directors are a small stagnant gaggle of children?

When a person stops and actually considers how Jones thinks, based upon 30 years of what he has and has not done for his franchise, then and only then can that person really answer the thread question.

Honetly no. He cares about the Cowboys and wants them to win for his own fandom, but i don't think any owner in the NFL cares for their fans. It's about filling the stadium, selling merch and getting tv deals. Thats why I really prefee the NBA anymore. They do so much more for their fans, and the owners are out there in the seats with us.

Havent we gone over this about 10k times its kind of like posting dose Jerry know we have a star on our helmet . All fans know at this point Jerry cares about CREDIT and COMFORT first .

A man with his resources can not be this blind to the formula of how to win in the NFL he just chooses to make it WAY more difficult than it has to be because as OWNER and GM HE CAN DO WHATEVER SUITS HIM with no consequences.

Like many INSANELY rich people Jerry choses to do things himself that he could pay to have professionally done by the ABSOLUTE best in their professions because its just no fun for him not to have his DNA on everything .

Bottom Line Jerry has enough money where winning dosent matter and holds no satisfaction for him if its not done his way
