Make up calls.
Hearing alot of "they gave Dallas alot of help later in the game" but they couldn't let them get to close.
Ex. Their CB shadow boxing on Gallup causing an Int, clear PI.

Agenda: Direct the game in their preferred direction (Refs), but try and keep it close enough not to have people tuning off.
crumbs:
1st half- GB has their TE's butt land on the line (out of bounds) and they call it complete, 1st down.
2nd half- Coop does an awesome job dragging left foot but gets called out of bounds.
Control for desired outcome.
