Well the team can't win as long as he's an integral part so obviously he doesn't want to win that bad.

If you were around for the Jimmy years, you would understand. The entire last 24 years has been about Jerry proving to the world that he can build a winner. He's got too much skin in the game to give up now.

It says that Wentz isn’t respected or liked by his team. What does that have to do with Dallas? It appears they don’t respect their QB either. It may not be as bad to the point where their building shrines of other players in the locker room, but you can tell they don’t really respect him or talk to him. Watch the sidelines and you’ll see this whole team is antisocial with each other.

They're here to make money, tow the company line, and go home. And that's very embarrassing for the fans.

Unfortunately I started watching during Switzer's first season.

He's going to keep banging his head into a brick wall or admit defeat and hire another Parcells to save things. They aren't face down in the cellar like they were after Campo was fired but they need some help. And who's going to do it? No one with any amount of self-respect.

What has this team shown you that shows they respect not only Dak, but their other teammates?
By watching and listening to them plus their off-season they spend together. You don't hang out in the off-season if you dislike each other

I thought he had given up the fight when he hired Parcels. But he slowly started getting involved. He signed TO whom parcels never wanted, and Bill just had enough. Very few head coaches worth their salt tolerate interference on the level Jerry brings it.

The only people that hung out in the off-season were some WR’s and some defensive players. Dak don’t hang out with no one and many of the other players were off on their own as well.

When Smith got in his face. What are everyone's thoughts?

I remember being pissed in real time, but it seemed to happen fast and was over just as fast. I dont think his teammates bailed on him. I just think it was over quickly.

That is a damning video, not for Dak but for the team and what players think of Dak. What do you think the Packers would have done if DLaw had done that to Rodgers?
You wish.

Who do you think would've got the hanky?

Use your head.......

What's damning is that's all you took from this video.

Neither one have the benefit of a decent defense. I never saw Tony overthrow or constantly throw behind guys like #4 does.
Really? Too bad YouTube took down the videos showing years of collection of Romo's bad throws. Looks like Romo fanatics couldn't handle it and demanded YouTube take them down, which they did. If not, I would refresh your memory.

Yeah. I think the issue in Dallas is the offense really doesn’t have Dak’s back. Good thread.

You don't remember that video of Prescott getting beat down while his college teammates watched?

People don't like this guy. We literally have to pay them to play with him.

Agreed. The team won’t play well if there isn’t good chemistry between the teammates and the QB, the most important player in football. Why do you think Foles played better than Wentz with the team? Because they believed in Foles more. They liked Foles more. As I said, a locker room problem that needs to be fixed. Maybe the right coach can get it right...

Bingo. Its a team with a soft underbelly. Nobody fears for their jobs and there is no accountability for performance. How the hell does Maher still have a job?
about maher, he is a decent kicker, he could use some coaching too.
he lines up the same way for either hash mark, and when he is on the right hash
he should line up 1 step left instead of 2, because his kicks all tend to go straight or to the right.
He needs to get the ball to go more to the left.

Most of Tony’s bad throws were the result of his idiot wideouts quitting on or not running correct routes. DP is CONSTANTLY throwing behind guys, under throwing them, or throwing to the wrong shoulder. Tony was twice the QB accuracy-wise #4 will ever be.
