Was having a conversation with a friend, and we just wound up wondering out loud what more is there he can do? (other than win sb's etc)

Guys been practically on fire since Amari arrived, he's near the top in almost all statistical categories, (not just volume numbers) he's still running when need be, and he's attacking the middle of the field, and deep, when that was the biggest complaint. He's thrown plenty of beautiful strikes this year so far... so what else can he do? Honest question.

Honest answer. Doubters will become believers in the team and him when they win another Super Bowl (with him as QB). I've been encouraged by his improved deep ball, which speaks to his off-season practice.

He does look much more pedestrian when he tries to hit moving targets as opposed to standing or slow moving targets (or targets coming back towards him). Too often behind on targets that are moving away. He has guys and typically avoids doing stupid things with the ball (hence his success against the losers in the league). Good to great defenses require that a QB takes chances with the ball-and succeeds. 10-14 record vs winning teams suggests he will need to win big meaningful playoff games to convince all doubters.

Now all he has to do is go do it.

What other leadership does he need to show? He is a leader. This whole locker room loves him and everyone says he’s a great guy. As a matter of fact, his leadership and determination is his best attribute because that is very hard to get in a player, let alone your QB.

Look at Wentz. Regardless if the rumors were true or not, something got out that he was a “locker room cancer”. I’ve yet to hear one bad thing come from that locker room about Dak.
For a social club being liked is very important as a leader but for a sport team leadership is by action and winning. Now if you lack some of that it is hard to lead. Saying i am a leader will have zero impact

Why does he have to win anyone over is that like asking for likes in YouTube videos. Winning people over isnt going to make a difference

I'd say that's a fair assessment.

"Not until he wins a Super Bowl"

So you only would take two QBs since 2016. Brady and Nick Foles lmao

the same reason I post on a message board. Talking sports and particularly Cowboys is fun. Care is a strong word though. Curious is more accurate. The fact you can’t really answer though and are getting all aggressive is telling.
Agressive on a messageboard? Shows you’re just another fool that assumes too much going off feelsing like a young child. I was “curious” why this was a thing for you. All this telling bs is some make you feel better junk. It’s nothing to answer on an answerless question smh.

Nah. You’re clearly an idiot that is incapable of reading words directly as they appear and infer things because you’re a moron. Aggressive yeah for the “get over it” ish as if I have a stake. I don’t.

If Dak wants to be a "top" QB then 3 points and 0 points after the 1st half is unacceptable...regardless of the circumstances. An elite QB like a Rodgers, Brees, Brady, Wilson, etc. should never be shutout in one half like that and they know it.
Same nightmare over and over.....Packers playoff game....Ram playoff game.....last weeks game....and then he does what he does best score in Garbage time padding his stats for his homers here.

P.S. Remember it's everyone's fault except Dak's.....if you're real Cowboys fan that is?

Nah. I’m clearly a smart person that’s definitely smarter than you in any provable metric but continue on worrying about why people don’t love Dak de
