Someone needs to be held accountable and as a head coach you sign up knowing this.

So what is the solution with this team? You tear the whole team down with the same staff? And can you tell me if there players being the issue is all it is, why do gms ever fire their coach? They are all professionals with years of experience yet some get canned for their teams failures. If you dont get rid of the coaches how do you ever know if anyone else can get more of their roster?

These are legit questions rather then just pissing and moaning I want your honest opinion.
