For me, bare minimum, I want a coach who can make the playoffs on a consistent basis. Garrett has three appearances in nine years. Is there a reason another nine years would look substantially different?
I'm not saying we shouldn't be seeking an upgrade. I am interested who that upgrade is.
I get people are mad but a guy that cannot develop players but is good on gamedays is not going to do much better.
I like the idea of Harbaugh for example.
Some 32 year old college phenom is not going to be a solution given the Jones dynamic.
At the end of the say if there are dozens or the hypebolic thousands that would surely be an upgrade the solutions should be obvious. I can only get three names so far. Given how long the GROG movement has been going that is pretty sad.
