Nobody can blame Dak today

Sure you can. He has the same issues he always does. Throwing the ball low so the receivers need drop to the ground. How many times does he have to throw it at their feet. Or throwing fast balls to receivers 3 yards away. Holding the ball too long. Not taking off when he has a running lane.

But these are the same issues we know about Dak. 4 Years later and they won't change. The issue is that you can't put it all on his shoulders. That has been proven. You can pin this loss on Dak just like we put those wins on him the first three weeks. He is the QB. So if you want someone that can overcome the injuries, penalties, drops, defense, etc, Dak's not it. But good luck finding that QB.

I like his leadership, but he needs help. And this defense isn't helping.

I don’t think Dak is the main problem.

I do think Dak is a bit of a slow starter and it’s killing us.

If he played 4 quarters like he does the second half. We would be fine.
He was royally screwed by 5 killer drops (out of 6 incompletions TOTAL) in the 1st half. That’s not on him.

He didn’t take any sacks in the 1st half either, despite getting hit just about every time he went back to pass.

Not sure what more Dak could’ve done.

Are you freaking serious?

Did you not hear how the Jets were doing without Sam Darnold in the line up? (Same personnel same, same coaching staff)

Funny how much difference a good QB makes..
Yes I’m double freakin serious.....whoooooooowwww...

Dak outplayed Darnold and played a hell of a game.

deal with it.

Elite QB's elevate the play of the guys around them. Dak doesn't do that and never has infact it is the exact opposite, he needs the guys around him to make him look better. If it was the other way around we would never hear about "the refs costing us the game" or "dropped passes" or "missed FG's"

Dak might need contacts or simply put on some glasses. His reads are becoming very questionable. I can't believe he didn't recognize the blitz on the 2pt conversion.....he is the 4yr starter.
He did read the blitz. What are you talking about?

Why do you think the ball came out so fast?

It just wasn’t a good throw and Witten was impeded. Could’ve been another flag there but whatever.

Dak isn't the main problem with this team, and the Cowboys should be able to win games with him. But the knock on Dak has always been that he cant win without a ton of talent around him...he didn't do much to disprove that today.

Pay the guy $35-$40MM a year, and all of a sudden you don't have the ability to sign a Randall Cobb in Free Agency, or go out and trade for an Amari Cooper. At some point he has to show he can wing games with missing a couple pieces around him.

This has got to be the most clueless post I've seen over the last two weeks. The defense gave Prescott and the offense every chance to win against New Orleans. Against Green Bay they were down 31 - 3 with about 3 min left in the third quarter. In both those games Prescott had nearly all of his weapons.

Just keep fooling yourself. Prescott ain't as good as advertised when he doesn't have 10 seconds to throw the football. He's going to break your heart this year. Geez...they just lost to a win-less team today.
Whats your freaking point? I said he is playing behind every game and he is. If you really think this defense is keeping in games you the clueless one. Is Dak Brady or Brees no, but he isn't the reason this team is losing. Of course you know that and want to be right even when you aren't.

Well he tries hard. He got the **** beat out of him But kept coming, but he’s got to lift the offense and he ain’t that guy.

good guy, good qb. But franchise qb? Ain’t seeing it.

I am a Dak supporter but there were some throws he shouldn't have made. Like the long pass to Witten. He should have found better options or just ran it. Should have audibled to an option run on the 2 pointer.

Dak takes too long to get into the flow of game. His sense of urgency kicks in the 3rd qtr and he seems to play better. That’s all coaching, imo. Player Preparedness...
But yeah, he got beat down today and played tough. He still could’ve carried the team had he played with more urgency in the 1st half.

I remember when Drew Brees was on the Chargers and people thought he sucked.

“Who cares that his OL is trash and his receivers are mediocre????? A great QB should elevate all the trash around him all of the time!!!”

Now it’s Dak’s turn.

We’ve already seen what Dak can do when the parts around him are solid. Now that him and the offense look average with trash around him, his idiot haters can pretend that he sucks.

did dak call an audible on one single play? he calls out what he sees on the defense, but doesn't change a play that could further assist in beating the defense called.

Question is: do you pay Prescott a HUGE contract? These are the type of games where your QB needs to pull the win.....be your leader. Tom Brady seems to pulls games like this out when he is down players
