This is the problem. No accountability from coach’s to the players. Jerry won’t fire Garrett and his crap coaching. Players see that and say why be accountable no one is

jerry said he'd never fire a coach midstream before firing wade a few days later. he wants to prevent this gaffe from happening again. ergo, he gave the best answer regarding garrett's tenure with the cowboys. if he fires garrett in the next few weeks, no one can accuse him of vascillating or being a hypocrite. imo, the end is near for our hc.

Jones has held emotional bonds with players and coaches for thirty years--especially the players and coaches who are loyal to him. He is not 'unstable'. He is a narcissist though.
This coaching situation will not work. Jerry as someone who has achieved success in life should know that this coaching situation is not going to work after the time he has had to evaluate it all, but i think since Jerry likes Garrett very much and he keeps pushing a dead situation and expects us all to just keep feeling ok about it. It's not ok, Jerry needs someone to make him undertsnad all of this in a very slow and long conversation so that he can feel ok about firing Garrett.

Well despite the last 3 weeks the Cowboys are still in first place which seems hilarious. Even more hilarious is Jerry not at the point of considering moving on from the coaching staff.

Congratulating your defense holding the NY Jets to a field goal they couldnt afford unreal.

The Eagles allow the least amount of rushing yards per game. By most counts, you would think this is a better team than ours.

Their run D is offset by possibly the worst pass D in football.

Next week will be a fascinating case study in which team can look more incompetent.

Nothing is going to happen to JG with the Eagles up next and tied for the division lead.

Now if the Eagles win, and the Cowboys go into the bye with 4 losses, that's the time when mid-season changes often occur. If the Cowboys win they're back in first and JG is safe for the rest of the season.

That team that played GB two weeks ago at there house will come here and push us around. Wentz might be perfect in that game with this Defense. This team needs to blitz, and then blitz some more. We are giving QB’s all day to throw.

I'm curious, will the Jones boys even listen if Lincoln says he isn't a fan of the QB. That will say everything about the organization and their tenure.
Dallas will win a lot of games this season but they need to tighten the ship if a SB is really a goal.

When I saw Garrett on the sidelines yawning when we were staging a comeback that looks to me like a man that's disinterested and ready to go. I would not be surprised if he gets fired at any time.

With a healthy Amari. I felt ok about the eagles game.

No amari and if Collins and Tyron are still out? Ugh.

Losing to the 0-4 Jets...yeah, disappointed is an understatement.

This is an embarrassment. There are no excuses. There are no logical explanations. The only thing I know is the entire coaching staff needs to go, and Sam Darnold showed what a franchise QB should look like.

Jerry is right and thinking straight right now. No way do you fire a head coach this early in the season when the team is still in 1st place of the division. He does need to give them all an earful though, then encourage them to turn it around while they can.

+1 .....huge disappointment for a lot of fans understandably ( myself included), but the fact is there's still a lot of football left. As stated, we still first place in the division with a chance to take the lead next week. Seen too many teams play two different seasons of football to give up on the season this early. As Parcell would say, who's playing the best ball after T'giving?

I love the arrogance of Jerry.

Imagine being so rich and so full of yourself, you can't even realize that you are the impediment to your team's success and have been for 25 years. Jerry is the only constant.
