Can the cowboys throw enough money at Nick Saban for him to leave bama and coach the cow-girls?

In my opinion, Garrett doesn't have a whole lot of involvement in what the coordinators are doing. Given his own past struggles, he's been systematically removed from that level of involvement. While he might be nurse-mailing young Kellen Moore through some of the steps of being a young coordinator, I don't think he has all that much of a voice.

And on gamedays, he's a spectator, watching the game like the rest of us, just with a closer view.

Yup.
I wouldn't be surprised if Jerry makes most of the adjustment calls from inside his suite.

Clearly you are pretty dumb.
I'm not the one who thinks the owner is the coach. I get the rage at a bad loss. But try and think for a second before you just blurt out the first dumb thing that enters your mind.

Jerry has nothing to do with game planning, this is not his fault directly, only indirectly, in that the system is bad or the coaches he hired. These coaches are far from being the top at their jobs it seems. Bad system or not, these coaches need to do a better job.

Help me out here people. The head coach, during the week, isn't he responsible for putting a game plan in place with the help of his coordinators. And possibly players. Different packages. With different personnel. Isn't he responsible for putting a game plan in place for the defense also.. Or does he simply let individual coaches have the freedom to do what they want. I'm trying to understand who's accountable for the offensive line penalties. Or other miscommunications. Who are the true leaders of this team.

No matter what they put together, the players have to carry it to the field...

Are you broken up about another bad loss or what cupcake? First off my Jerry comment was sarcasm. Look it up. Secondly I am not raging at all. At this point I laugh at how absurd the organization is. No rage. Go eat a Snickers and get your mommy to pour you some milk.

It's definitely the game plan. The scheme the motivation. Of course preparation is not an issue that's what professionals do as an individual
