The Jets defense is more aggressive, as are most defenses.. They take away what you are strong at, force you to be uncomfortable, and force the issue in critical moments.
This "bend-but-don't break" nonsense is a loser's mentality. Marinelli might as well be Curly Lambeau trying to figure out how to stop the Wing T.
But like an offense, defenses can be studied, charted, and strategized against. In the Garrett era, it just always seems like we are helpless against certain strategies. We don't try to counter your strengths, we just hope to out-will you.
