See, I’m a Cowboy fan - not a “Dak Guy”. I like the kid, but I recognize he has issues. But, I also recognize he’s gotten better and will probably continue to do so. My issue is that the insinuation that I get from most of your posts is that he is the major issue with this squad. The D got exposed AGAIN.....yet, you’re praising Darnold for what you got on Dak for after the first 3 games - beating up on a bad D. Show me all the pressure that Darnold was under.....OF COURSE he should’ve looked good out there. When I see you criticize this D as much you criticize Dak, then I’ll back off. But, I doubt that will happen

I do criticize this defense. I have threads on how trash marinelli is, chido, this scheme etc.

By the way the incompletion to Witten in the red zone is a good thrown ball. The ball goes to a much secure place and any receiver with a little more speed would adjust and catch it. Can't blame Witten for that, either.

Agreed. He doesn't get any help from the freaking line. Any QB with a better skillset would have a bad night after so many hits right on his body.

Late deliveries, behind receivers and plenty of time to throw..

The first incompletion he basically threw it up blindly
And that is the ONLY ONE out of those incompletions one could say Dak didn’t have enough time. It was still a risky, blind toss up..

Dak has plenty of time in each of those passes, outside the first by every standard for an NFL QB.
Dak homers can’t even use Smith or Collins being out, because there wasn’t even significant pressure at all in any of these clips from the edges.

Just stop.

By the way, incompletion 8 was basically Dak going to the Checkdown early. He had a receiver wide open on the left inside, on the out route. Dak basically looked down the seam and dropped it off to Zeke right away.

Jerry gonna have to swallow his Ego on this one and go QB shopping in the spring as Dak is Road-Kill and runs one of the most Anemic offenses esp in the Red-Zone in the NFL!

I'm at a loss. Sam Darnold provided an unexpected offense that no other team before us had faced, because we could not gameplan a QB we really haven't played. Defense was trash again. Offense is banged up.

Blame who you wanna blame. I'm gonna stick with what we've all been screaming for YEARS. We are incapable of winning a coaches game.
