If we lose to the Eagles what's Jerry's excuse on keeping JG?

I hate to think negatively but I'm curious. After all the benefits of the doubt that JG has gotten since being hired as HC in 2010 it wouldn't surprise me if Jerry will still stick up for JG if we lose to the eagles next week. What would be his moral victory excuse? I mean that would be really low. I hope it doesn't happen. I want us to win but I also know JG isnt the answer. I've known this since 2010.

If the Cowboys lose to the Eagles, Garrett should be fired the first day of the bye week. Otherwise, let him walk after the season (barring a postseason miracle).

So when Jerry proclaimed Garrett is the next Tom Landry, all he really meant was that he would fire him one day?

Garrett will be allowed to finish the season no matter what happens. It would be prudent to can him during the bye week if we lose to see what Moore can do unfettered but that is a pipe dream and forward thinking.

We are stuck with Jason for 10 more games unless they lose a few more in a row then the unimaginable might just happen but I wouldn’t bet on it.

It will be an excuse injury ridden reply in his porky pig foghorn leghorn dialect trying to Jedi mind us on how upset everyone is and how the team will get better once healthy for a playoff push

Jerry is not going to fire Garrett mid season, but I think he is gone at the end of the season barring a miracle turnaround.

This Eagle game is probably going to be for Garrett's job, because if we lose we will most likely have a losing season when you take a look at the remaining schedule, which is the hardest in the entire NFL.

Doesn’t matter. You’re not going to get the next guy mid season. Richard and Moore aren’t head coach material either.
