Yea that's w hat he says but i refuse to rewatch this garbage. What i'm asking is are we calling different plays or just making more plays? Are we maintaining gap integrity of defense only in the 2nd half or did we call up a different blitz? Whatever it is we are getting killed in the 1st half of games this year then we seem to come out and score in the 3rd on offense and clamp down more on defense. There has to be something different we are doing.

Garret likes to talk about maintaining gaps a lot. Its another way of referencing execution. I think the team just comes out flat. No energy on sideline and it shows in their play.

Like many of the talking heads. If you don’t watch the games must get info somewhere much like many of the fans here.

And most of them can’t wait to bash the Cowboys.
I stopped listening to ESPN and National noisemakers years ago.

Cain is a cowboy fan. Probably the only one on ESPN radio.

Will Cain and the rest of the Dallas media are scrubs and Jerry's boot lickers. Randy Galloway and his peers were the last of the Mahicans. Jerry Jones would never survive in New York or Philly. He'd get destroyed by both the media and fans.

Never heard a national media guy go after Garret the way Will Cain did today on ESPN radio. He is baffled how a Man (Jerry Jones) who fired Landry as his first order of business marries himself to the "ginger clapper" for 10 years. He goes on to call BS on Garrets insistence that the problem is execution and not scheme. The stubborn refusal to scheme around injury is rooted in Garret's experience with Jimmy Johnson's cowboys who just bullied people and it didn't matter if they knew what was coming. It was all about execution and Garret has carried that belief forward. It just doesn't work b/c there isn't enough talent disparity between Dallas and everyone else.

True.............they finally made protection adjustments in the 2nd half and it worked much better. But we lost a half of football and lost the game because of it.

Its true. He was even referencing twitter posts found on this sites twitter thread. It makes sense. This board collectively compiles a boatload of national media, video, and twitter posts. Its a one stop shop for anyone who wants to talk cowboys.
Thanks I feel important now. I am preparing a resume for ESPN. :p

I would agree. And I think it may have started before this game. But this one may have finished it. I mean the jets played a really good game. They deserve the win. Our Offense showed nothing once again until the last quarter. Nothing like the first 3 games. Guessing that JG pulled the plug on the Moore scheme when the teams were going to be harder to beat...,
I can’t help but wonder if Romo knows something we can’t know when he mentioned this offense having JGs stench on it. Romo may have a friendship with Kellen Moore and have inside info....

when Romo came out and said that it was like an earthquake.

It sounds like JG has lost the team.

I do have some concerns about the toughness and leadership on this team. The JG effect may have rubbed of on too many players in the locker room.
Gawd I hope not.

When did he lose the team exactly? At 3-0?

When he said it I was wondering if maybe I was the only one that picked up on it or was just being over reactive to it.

Witten is not a leader. That’s way over blown. Lee is a has been. How do you “sell “ that someone who sucks is playing in front of you? I don’t think you can.

Garrett is catering to Witten and Lee because he is banking on their credibility holding the team together. That’s a lost cause. It’s probably having the opposite effect.

According the Garret it is all execution. Go listen to his pressers. He's not talking about scheme or coaching. He rests the entirety of the teams losses on players failing to execute. He takes no responsibility and Jerry backs him up.

Then by his own words, he should be fired. It is the coaches responsibility to get his players to execute at a high level. Something he has failed at.

At the beginning of the seaon Adam Schein said the reason he would go with egirls over us was coaching and does not know how in the h--- red has stayed this long when anyone else would have been fired. He should have worked this hard to keep the Tuna, may have had 6 first instead of the stealers, now looks like the pats will get 7 before we get 6.
Hilarious anybody listens to Adam (I think I'm Howard Cosell) Schein or Will cry baby Cain. Cain finds faults in the Cowboys wins to.

If that’s what you want to believe go ahead. I don’t care. You’re opinion means nothing to me.

I know what I see on this board.

A bunch of sheep who believe what they’re told to believe and then pass that off as ‘knowledge’
