It’s just sad that a couple days before the Eagles come to town, all the threads are about everything but the game. I’ve seen 5-11 seasons when fans still cared about the upcoming game.

This isn’t about losing one game or 3 in a row or just 2019. More so that hope has been tossed out the window. That is the issue with this team. It’s gone and that anticipation of the next game is gone with it. When Garrett is gone it will return. The years are piling up. 2007 was a team ready to takeoff and so is this one. Jerry rather throw it away! When the owner makes horrible decisions then you can’t expect fans to not get restless. Garrett has been a horrible decision from day 1 and it’s still going! And it’s reached a boiling point. Just a very pathetic situation!

Yeah, it's really casting a pall over the forum and I have never seen any forum like this leading up to a showdown with the Eagles. The teams are tied, this is for the lead in the division and head to head could be crucial at the end but all of the Garrett stuff is dominating the forum.

But Biggie, Garrett has just been one of the many horrible decisions made by this FO. I do not share in this thinking that our troubles leave with Garrett, the real trouble is still with us.

You still make an attempt. You don’t ride this out for another 20. You find a quality coach with real experience and see if that fixes anything. Will Jerry do that? Who knows? Jerry sucks, there is no doubt about that. But gameday decisions are also a big part of the problem. Scheme, preparation. Opposing teams been calling them out for years. And since the owner isn’t going anywhere, you got 1 move besides throwing away another decade.

Him making his post and disappearing isnt the sign of a troll posting.
He had an observation and he posted it. He isnt the only one who agrees or feels the way he does. This site has many valuable posters that just stopped coming around over the years. They are still cowboys fans they just stopped choosing to talk about the team with some people. You may not be one of the ones since most of your post are quality football talk. But the overall attitude can be toxic. Even when we are winning some posters who need attention will troll the board. Its interesting how some people felt the need to attack him for his observation. The community is lucky he is voicing his concerns and not just disappearing like so many posters over the years.

All the JG flackies calling us "fair-weather fans"....lmao....4 decades doesn;t make me a fair-weather fan.

It's not one game or 3 losses or 2 seasons....it's the OBVIOUS continued death-spiral complacent DELUSIONAL Owner in perpetuating POOR COACHING, SOFT LEADERSHIP, APATHETIC PLAYERS.
