What about in NY or NE?

Jets was 1994 when he was young and the Jets were trash. It was one season.

NE he had a pretty decent winning record with two playoff appearances.

He’s proven himself legit in Seattle, in a long stint. If his CBs weren’t hurt, Sherman with the elbow, Earl Thomas with the turn labrum, including his third string in the SB, he’d have two SBs. Russell Wilson was awful the whole first half and Brady couldn’t move the ball until the fourth stringer came in and the Pats started targeting him.

I have liked Riley for a long time but if he comes in, IMO, that spells the demise of Moore as the OC...I liked what he did on offense thru 3 games (if you are good, then you are supposed to win big)...then it seemed the doofus carrot got jealous and took over the first half play calling again, putting the team in large holes and then they make meager comebacks that were not enough in the 2nd half.....that is ALL on Garrett....but my point is that I wonder if Moore could be very good as OC and Riley would remove him from the mix

I do believe that Kellen Moore will be a top OC somewhere in a few years.

My biggest issue with Garrett as the HC is that he won't stay out of the offensive game plans and play calling.

I do not have as much hate yet for JG as most people on here, but Its getting up there as him being a coach. I look at the guy on the sidelines and he does nothing but stand there and stare into the field. He doesn't talk to players, or coaches much, runs plays, throws out ideas, just stares and when they change players sticks his hand out to get high 5, which now some players dont even do in return. I dont know much about Meyers but he has had success so it couldn't hurt, how hard is it to replace someone starring out into the field?

He doesn't know when to challenge, call a TO, hurry up the offense ect as well. His in game management is crap and its maddening.

What made Jimmy successful was all of Jerrys money and no cap. The Dolphins are still asking for their deposit back

So I guess Lombardi was a ****** coach too since he did not win any championships when he left Packers for Skins?

Walsh is overrated sewage and legacy is cheapened because he won nada after leaving Niners for Stanford?

Tuna is crap because he never won a ring after Giants, right?

Gibbs is a turd because he could not win after 2nd time with Skins?

You are a genius like Norman Einstein.

Let him know we’re very happy with our current situation. Tell him to sit tight for another decade or so and we will keep his resume on file.

Regards,
Jerry Jones

Meyer IMO would be what Garrett wishes he was. A serious leader that could coddle jerry jones’s ego but also has actual skins on the wall to demand the respect from the players.

Plus he has an actual coaching resume which is not a prerequisite for this front office. He’s very over qualified. lol

When he was the OC as HC you can understand he is juggling multiple things, but him now not calling the plays, he should have all that fine point by now and improve in all those areas since his plate is now empty.

Yes I have seen Jeff Ross. Very funny.

Now drop your preconceived notions and understand even with Jerry's money and no cap, Jimmy was the one doing the drafting and trading. It was the work he and his staff did prior to being with the Cowboys in studying the players that made him successful in drafting.

The cap does not make a successful coach stupid. Or else how does Belichick move around and leep getting quality players.

The earth is not flat.
