Too many fans seem to regard these players as children. They're professionals ffs. Name one other career field where people expect a boss to hold their employees hands and walk them through their jobs.

Garrett is exactly what his record says he is...An ok coach against bad teams, a below avg coach against good teams, especially in the playoffs.

Record against teams at or below .500: 56-14
Record against teams above .500: 25-45
Record in the playoffs: 2-3

Translation- Garrett has been successful against bad teams, but not against good ones. In the games that have mattered most, he has been about 23 games below .500.

As the Big Tuna said, you are what your record says you are.

Sick and tired of somebody constantly needing to “rally the troops”. It’s old. Get your *** ready to play every week and earn your money. How come these guys couldn’t do this last week against the lowly Jets? Pitiful.

Agree but if that’s what’ it takes for Zeke to run over a guy or Dlaw to find fire then something’s wrong. It was great to see but why not a week to week basis

You know what, I'd rather the Cowboys had a compitent coach that could have coached them to victories over the last three losses than a guy that needs to motivate them because they are getting manhandled by teams like the STINKING JETS
