He needs to use his legs more. He tries to be too much of a pocket passer, IMO. If he uses his legs more, he's a danger to defenses because he can throw pretty well on the move. And he's a master at running the read option. It's one of his strengths that we need to take more advantage of with proper play calling.

I know the espn stats nerds told you stats are subjective but hats a lie. They don’t tell you situations and the like most times. They just tell you straight numbers and nothing else. Dak is average and if you want to die on average Dak hill have at it.

I can’t speak for anybody else but I say no and most of these QBs aren’t worth their contracts but these FO think like most fans. What can we do if we don’t pay mr average qb like Kirk Cousins 90 mill guaranteed even though it seems like he’s played better recently. Most people are scarred to get rid of average to potentially have better because they may strike out and get a dud.

Divisional round 2019. Dallas vs Green Bay. Dak finishes the game 24/34/240yrds 1td 0int. Let's give him a rushing td also. Zeke/Pollard combine for 150.

He takes one drive ending sack in scoring position when he clearly had an outlet and he throws one bad pass to a wide open receiver while under no pressure which would have resulted in at least a field goal if not a TD on the final drive.

Cowboys lose 27-24.

Is that a good game for the QB simply because the comp%, yards, and probably QBR are very good?

Great stats. Lost game.

That’s always been my thing people always want to use stats when they back their pov but how many do when it doesn’t? I’m consistent I think stats don’t tell the whole story whether they are for me or against me.

I agree.

When it comes to QB the difference between average and great is making those few, must have, game defining plays. You can miss them, still have great stats and lose.

I have many post saying Dak played good this week but because I don’t 24/7 parrot the company line I get upset when Dak plays well. Smh
