Did Moore go to Jerry leading up to the Eagles?

He most definitely sabotaged Wade. Multiple players talked about him giving out new play books after he took over.

I did hear something similar to this. I heard they was running the same plays over and over. But from my understanding SJ and JJ is heavily involved on what's going on. Meaning JG will not take up play calling without JJ approval. JJ actually strip play calling from him years ago.

I love people making up these narratives about Garrett sabotaging Moore.
Looked pretty suspicious to me - first 3 weeks of the same ineptitude on offense we just magically look like we did the first 3 weeks? Garrett had his dirty fingers on the playbook and play calls.

I don't think the reality is quite as dramatic as many fans imagine.

The bottom line is, an offense is far more effective when half of the players are not out with injuries.

I think the greatest factor in the difference of performance from last week was adding the two starting tackles and two starting WRs back into the lineup......

The Cowboys are 2-3 plays away from being 6-1. I wouldn't pass judgement on any coach or player until after the season.

Garrett didn't do any sabotaging. Garrett is just Garrett - who has a knack of taking away responsibility from someone because of them outperforming him in the playcalling dept.

Garrett is HC he has input in all phases. Moore has done a very good job but much of the 3 game loses were self inflicted not play calling

When you run up the middle on every 1st down against a stacked defense like the New Orleans game - well its pretty obvious that much of the blame can be attributed to playcalling.

If Moore ran everything his way without hindrance, the Cowboys would be a 12-4 team. If Garrett got his way on everything, we'd be 6-10.

I don't know if Moore told Jerry about the lack of production was because we went back to playing Garrett style football. But I do know that end around flip to Austin for the TD and that 4th and short bootleg and a quick pass to Zeke was a thing of beauty that Garrett would have never called. That was all Moore's playcalling right there.

I think Jerry went to JG and told him to stay away from the defense to.

Look how well they played.

Everyone agrees that Garrett has input in what the gameplan is during the game. So this may ring true for the defense as well.

I read til about page 6.

Was there more motion/shifts in the 4 wins?

Is it possible that it isn’t everyone in the world’s favorite word to discredit any speculation —(conspiracy), rather just Garrett wanting to have his input on what the gameplan should be? And Moore listening to the head coach? Then Garrett reviewing what worked and didn’t and letting Moore go back to a more complex offense that tries to fool the defense rather than out manning them?

The option play to Tavon nor anything similar was attempted in the 3 losses. Lots of dives up the middle and the infamous everyone go out 6 yards and turn around for the game tying 2 point conversion seems less like what Moore seems to like to do.

This is "Soap Opera" material.....if I must say. I wouldn't expect much on the field.....if the drama is off the field.....again. I've already read that Kellen is a good/great candidate for the OC because he called his own plays at Boise and his father coached him in HS.

Kellen to Jerry: Mr. Jones, that mean old Jason won't let me call the plays like I want to! Wah, wah!!

Jerry to Kellen: Now, now, young man, he's my favorite coach and he's really, real smart!

Princeton, you know!! Here, eat this cookie! Maybe it'll get you feeling better...

I think that because I can read.

I'm more or less anonymous on the internet. I don't care about my reputation. My opinions are based only on what I believe to be the case. They aren't influenced by what other anonymous dudes online think about what the guy with my avatar and screen name have said in the past.
I would bet that most people on this board by default can obviously read. Hence being on a discussion forum. So that alone doesn't differentiate you from anyone.

Also you're an anonymous dude, who does have a right to present his opinion like everyone else here.

Most just don't agree with your opinion that Garrett should remain as the head coach, that's it.

We were more aggressive on both sides of the ball, a winning formula. Don't know how it came to fruition but I'll take it.
