Explain the 4th quarter comebacks then. Please.

Dallas plays a 50/50 brand of football and gets very conservative in the 3rd quarters.

He can perform in the clutch I do not deny but that is when when we're down a score against a mediocre team.

Go down a couple scores against Green Bay or a good team like that and force him to air it out and it turns into chaos real quick.

IF the game is on the line and we're down 3 I feel great about Dak.

If it's the 3rd quarter and we're down 14+ then just forget about it. He'll only make things worse.

I have no stats or anything to back this. I just watch the games.

Did you watch the Playoffs in 2016 by chance? Just curious. Or seattle last Year in the playoffs? How about Pittsburgh in 2016? What about Philly Overtime? You sure you watch the games?

Yeah, I think that's because the stats say the complete opposite of what you're claiming here. I often agree with you, but I feel you're totally off the mark here.

Green bay playoffs 2016 Philly 2016, Pittsburgh 2016, Seattle last year playoffs, Philly last year. The list continues. There are many people who watch the game and see what they want to see.

I've always found "I watch the games" to be a ridiculous excuse for having no support for your claims.

personally i prefer the saying "Dak stole his lunch and ate it in front of him"

but heres the deal for me, Wentz is the prototypical Qb build, however, Dak is healthy reliable, he does whats asked of him and his mistakes arent sloppy. Hes going to have good stretches than every now and than, bam, bad game. but hes not consistently bad and he needs an OC to stay on top of him. Thats not to much to ask for when you draft in the 4th? or later. Wentz might give you a better cannon, but its not the only thing, ask Ryan Leaf, JaMarcus Russel, if you cant put it together as a QB, you wont last long and dak has staying power. I can go on, but you get the gist.

There is no mistaking that Dak is one of the top quarterbacks in the league. I don't care if he is No. 1 or No. 10 and I hope he keeps improving.

How often do teams come back from big deficits against good teams?

I mean that as a serious question. You’re putting an expectation on Dak and saying he can’t do it, but I am wondering how often teams across the league are able to come back from multi score deficits against other good teams? I would imagine the percentage is really really low.

I am going to send out a guess that teams with winning records, win games well over 80% of the time, after building a 14 point lead. Shoot that may even be over 90%. Of course that’s just a guess but I would like to see that number.

I do not know how often teams come back from what or whatever. I just know that Jason Garrett's brand of football gives QB's a ton of opportunities for comebacks because of how conservative he gets.. Especially in the 3rd quarter.

Did you watch the last couple of weeks before Philadelphia?

I like Dak when we have a lead. I think that is when he is an above average player.

When we're down and he has to air it out for longer then a quarter of football then I do not think he is very good.

If the game is on the line and we need a score then i'm fine with Dak in that situation as well.

If its the 2nd quarter and the game has unfolded on us negatively and we're down then I do not like his chances when the other team is sitting on the pass.

I understand that fans are hyped about Dakota and that’s a good thing, but what doesn’t make sense is some of them actually hopeful that he gets paid 30-40 mil per year which would limit the help he needs

It’s as if the more he gets paid the more they are vindicated in their incessant pleas to crown him an top 5 Quarterback. Although I considered Romo a baller, I hated those big contracts because I knew the limits it’s set. What good is having an Franchise Qb if he can’t be protected?

Dont pay the bus driver who was ranked #17 in QBRlast season, and has propped up his current ranking on teams on defenses ranked, 24, 26, 29 and 31st, top money. And to be fair nobody should be glad about Zekes bloated contract either but at least he’s unarguably a top 5 player at his position, EVERY year

im not a hater get over the fact you cant handle some factual truth..i like dak but I can criticize if I choose to do so..its facts..we can judge him after 16 games brah.. those bad defenses padded a lot of stats especially the first 3 games.. I judge after 16 so it evens out and there are a gauntlet of stout Ds coming down the lane..

lets see how he plays when Zeke is slowed or stopped by NE, Vikes, Bears, Rams, and Bills defenses.. a few of those teams will sell out to stop the run and see if Dak can carry them to wins when we have no balance..

thats the true test...
You aren't using facts or actual truth. What's funny is you slow folks like to keep moving the goal post. Use to be Dak can't throw, then it was Dak can't throw over 200 yards, then it was Dak can't throw deep, then it was Dak isn't lighting it up, then it was Dak is only doing it against bad teams.......GB isn't a bad team and Dak had over 400 yards passing. Zeke has been slowed many times but yet Dak keeps finding a way to get the job done.

Is Dak the best QB in the league, no but he is top 10 and in this season he has been a top 5 QB. Those are the facts and this stupid comment about he hasn't played anyone just shows in fact you are a hater. Name your top 10 QBs and I will show you that they haven't played anyone.

No, people are saying he will get paid that because that's the market. I agree about not paying guys so you can get good players everywhere but that's not realistic.

Now let's talk about the stupid comment about last year Dak being rated 17 overall. After Dak got a number 1 receiver he was top 3 across the board in every passing stat that matters. But what's funny is you want to go with his rating last year but make excuses why he has the best QBR in the league this season. No team in the league has played only good teams, most everyone has only played 2-3 good teams but Dallas is the only one that has played 2 teams ranked in the top 4 teams in the league.

No reason to say a comment is stupid If it’s based on fact, but that should typical behavior from some of the Dakota fluffers. . I like to use a season as a sample size not just beating 4 weak defenses but funny how the 3 teams he lost to were ranked in the middle of the pack and he didn’t get 7 second shot to throw

The market would pay that money to Rodgers, Brees, or Brady, Not Dakota aka Mr. Mediocre
