Kids have been on my case all week about how they want to make their own homemade pizzas.

So I’ll do one with pepperoni, tomatoes and red pepper.
Second one with pepperoni, tomatoes, and mushrooms.
Third with pepperoni.

And then I’ll probably do one for me at that point, or if I have enough dough leftover, make a calzone.

Update on the whole grilling-in-a-snowstorm approach: the snow is coming down so hard, I can barely see the grill and it is only about 5 paces from our balcony door.

Earlier, when I mentioned grilling steaks to my wife, I got one of those raised eyebrows, knowing looks that said, "you silly, silly man."

Soup, anyone?

Just cook those ribeyes in a screaming hot cast iron pan. During the last few minutes of cooking add a good amount of butter to the pan to get a nice crust on the steak.

Last week, I planned on just eating chili, but I decided to call a late audible in the hopes of jinxing the Eagles. Who knew that eating a philthy cheesesteak sandwich would result in the humiliating loss to Philly?

Looks like I’ll have to take one for the team again and eat another dang cheesesteak. Damn my dedication to duty...
Just put some grilled Jalapenos on it and it is a Texas Cheese steak.

Where's the dessert? That's only 3 entrees and 3 sides. Congrats on 16 cheeses in mac and cheese, you've one upped 15 bean soup.

Marinated pork tenderloin in soy, sesame oil, Mike's Hot Honey, ginger, garlic, jalapenos with a little of the juice and crushed red pepper. The crust that forms when grilled over high heat is one of the best combos of sweet n heat I've ever tasted. Slice the leftover pork thin for sammiches using the reduced marinade as sauce with pickled cabbage.
Grilled sweet potato medallions and grilled romaine tossed with baby arugula and a shallot and sherry vinegar dressing and blue cheese.
Ketel One Flying Dutchman's and a bottle of Malbec for watching the Stros go 3-2 in the Series.

Y'all keep coming up with all of these way too labor intensive for a Sunday meals that sound delicious. My wife has officially gotten over our Sunday tradition. If I don't grill it's leftovers.

I love most of her leftovers, so we're all good. Today it's a hearty stew with ham, pot roast, potatoes & various veggies, etc. Had some Friday. Pure delicious & I'm not really a stew/soup kind of guy.
