How do you run it twice when Dak took you down the field?

It looked like Cooper was open on the 4th down play? More than Zeke was. Game on the line I do not want to throw the ball to a RB who is not featured a lot in the passing game. Especially out running routes and not a screen pass.

Title says it all , colossal choke on play calling .
Get hold of a copy of the "clapping carrot book of coaching"
it will infuriate you, especially the bit where he decides to run the ball when our air assault has worked all night...... and the timing of that play call was what makes him a hall of game calibre coach.

90% of the time most of the fans on here are screaming about running the ball with Zek in the red zone. Zek looked the best he has looked all year last week. It was 2nd and 2. The blocking was terrible on both runs. Zek has no chance. The worst call was the 4th down pass to Zek. Now that was stupid. The QB draw was wide open on 4th down too!

Even if Kellen called those two run plays, it’s up to the HEAD COACH to intervene if necessary and make the appropriate adjustment(s). The head coach failed to do that, and frankly, it’s another feather in the cap for the Fire Garrett camp for Jerry.

It’s not just the stupid 2 runs there.

We ran literally the same play on about 97% of first downs

Yep.. highly doubt it comes down to that in the end if...

But it's kinda predictable (Go figure)

I wish one of these reporters would finally ask Garrett what the thought process is on the obsession of running on 1st down. So interested in hearing it.

It is still Garrett's offense. He is the head coach and offensive guru!
Or maybe because Moore has zero experience as an Offensive Coordinator and is just doing what he has seen done here for his whole career.

Garbage play calling. Any team in league let’s their quarterback win that game. Pisses me off

There's no doubt in my mind that running it twice in a row is the direct edict of none other than Gutless Garrett himself.

Cobb was open all night. 3rd down go to Cobb. If 4th is needed go to Cooper. Zeke is just a blocker at this point.

They were not going to let them run for the first. They were playing the run the entire game.

Yep, Zimmer's entire defensive game plan was hey we are going to shut down Zeke and not let him beat us. Now let's see you use Dak to beat us.

Run hadn't worked all night.....game on the line Inside the 20 and run to Zeke twice to get stuffed

I NEED to know who's decision that was....

Early in the game I was ticking off the consecutive Zeke dives into the dline on 1st down.

This actually feels like cowboys play calling threw the game away for no reason . Dak takes you 85 yards down the field and we go run , run when it hasn’t worked all night . Just bananas way to lose .

It's Jason Garrett. He is who he has always been -- a disgustingly conservative and gutless man who is afraid to win. He is more comfortable safely playing not to lose than he is taking the risk to win. Even with his job (presumably) on the line this season, he still can't find the fortitude to step outside the box and do anything outside of his comfort zone.

This game was totally on Garrett. Maybe it was Moore's call but I don't think so. That is a Garrett type of call. He seems to want to run the ball even though its not working. Garrett doesn't know how to win. He doesn't provide a lick of advantage for this team. This lost is all on him.
