Wow, I'm pretty shocked what I just heard on the Cowboys flagship station.

Gavin Dawson and Mike Bacisk both pleaded with the fans to create an atmosphere that forces Garrett's firing. They said it's in the "Cowboys fans hands" at this point.

They said that a segment of this fanbase has been too soft on Garrett. They mentioned following wins, fans relax too much and allow Garrett/Jerry to get comfortable. They also criticized Jerry for remaining so content. They said that Jerry would never allow this to occur any of his other businesses but that winning is secondary to Jerry. They criticized Jerry for wasting Dak/Zeke's cheap years because he wanted to prove that his "step son" was a great coach.

Man if Jerry was listening then he might may a call on these two.

Tides are turning quickly. This season has been rough, but I’ve never seen it this bad before... He deserves it with his narcissistic a-s. Who throws their QB, Punt Returner/WR, and rookie OC under the bus like that? What kind of bi-h a-s clown of a coach does this?

Id like to hear what an outsider thinks. Bennett and Quinn come to mind. Whats their take on the cowboy culture? Or are they just collecting a paycheck for another season. Seems like the players would be more frustrated with the process and the results than anyone. But then again, enough money seems to solve a lot of problems.

While it appears inevitable Jason won’t be resigned barring a miraculous turn around and deep run as he’s losing public favor there has been no indication Jerry is ready nor willing if he does let Garrett go to bring in the kind of HC we’d want assuming Jerry can even attract someone we’d want. Most likely it’s next puppet up.

It’s always been on the fans. If they stopped going and boycotted jerry would be forced to do something. You have to embarrass jerry. Problem is garrets teams always play poorly then comeback and play great.... Garret is like the cat has a million lives

Bennett said he felt like he received a PhD in his position during his short time in New England. So he's probably having to teach our players/coaches in Dallas.

Did you see Elliott after the game switching Jerseys out with Cook. He didn’t appear distraught after the loss.

No, it’s mainly fans who hate losing so much. I can attest that money solves most problems.

In all the years Garrett has been coaching he has never accepted blame on anything, he got the job as a snake in the grass and hes been slippery every since

Right!!

5-4 in 1st place isn’t embarrassing enough. Not with 90,000 + fans.

LVE did it too. They don't care its obvious in their play. Neither of them have improved as players from their breakout rookie seasons in fact they've regressed

That's why I want the outsider perspective. Zeke is marinated in the jones co. sauce. He's got his money. It's like when Charles Hayley made his opinion made about the E Smith hold out. Seems like an outsider would come in and dirty the waters a bit and rock the boat. Especially a guy like Bennett. Just seems like there are too many guys happy with jerry's money and not enough looking for a ring.

It’s all on Jerry.

Who names asst HC before you name HC and announce he’s the “ future of the Dallas Cowboys”.

We are a dysfunctional organization. It’s a hopeless situation with Jerry’s personal ambitions to gain the credit he didn’t with Jimmy.

Garrett got the job when Jerry hired him as OC before he hired Phillips as HC. He was the next chosen puppet.

Let's hope Jerry doesn't make the same mistake and hire another puppet.

It starts with Jerry. He’s comfortable . Winning isn’t a priority or he’d the hell out of the way.

He only wants to win his way. He tried winning championships but wasn’t enough fun if he didn’t receive the credit.

Good for the Fan. It is refreshing to see honest journalism no matter where it is. I am tired of the fake butt kissing media who only says positive things to please their donors. As fans, you guys need to embrace the fan not go, oh this won't end well for them. Stand up or be part of the problem.

I’ve seen no evidence Jerry is willing to change.

Like after 25 years he’s going to let some stud HC come in and steal his thunder proving him wrong.

Bennett made a deal with the Devil too in order to gain FA after this season.
