we are running a 4-3.
for reasons unknown we have an interest in AB. This would be like getting TO but this time he Bill would just quit the next day
He likes to build a team more than step in. He doesnt know the players or them him.
hes already worked for Jerry and left.

If your going to dream lets have Jimmy come back instead.

Hell you're better going after Zimmer....... he's only signed with the Vikes through 2020. If the Vikes miss the playoffs, he's probably yours for 2nd rounder. He's about as close to a Parcell throwback as you'll find. Remember he fired Norv Tuner as his OC at mid-season couple years for refusing to run the ball.

He’s like 80 years old. My favorite coach ever but no. He couldn’t even have the energy to be a front office guy for the dolphins.

Not only that, but he's been emphatic about not wanting to coach anymore. He might give advice on a better HC or give some candidates. That's about it.

Where has it been said there’s an interest in AB?

it was in the tweets of the day for a few days ago-
The odds of him playing this year or ever are million to 1 but was trying to be as far out there as Bill or Jimmy coaching again

He couldn’t handle the stress and disappointment a decade ago, he won’t be able to handle it now.

Let him enjoy life after football and don’t pester him. He doesn’t have anything else to prove.

If your going to fire Garrett (they won’t) this is your only logical replacement outside of the organization right now that could actually make legit changes this year. It stinks but if say one of our assistants took over, it will probably be the same story. I mean Parcells won with Ray Lucas, imagine what he would do with this team. Why would Parcells do this?

1. The rest of the season is short so he doesn’t have to commit for a long period of time.

2. Ego. If he turned this thing around and say won a Super Bowl or took us deep he might overtake Belicheck as widely considered the best coach in nfl history.

3. Money. He’s been out for a while and might need a few bucks.

4. He was I believe gonna take over for Sean Payton when he had to leave a few yrs ago. I could be wrong. So, there’s always an itch in the right scenario.

The best dream scenario would be Bill Parcells as coach and Tony Romo as offensive coordinator, or, Parcells as both o coordinator and coach and Romo as offensive assistant/qb.

Tell me this wouldn’t scare all the teams in the NFL if this happened. But we’re stuck with Groundhog Day.
Garrett isn't going to get fired mid season, and an nearly 80 year old Bill Parcells isn't an option anyway (he's 78).

Super Bowl winner and Hall of Famer. I’m not sure why he would return at his age.

Though if he came back and locked Jerry out of the locker room like he used to do, that would be worth it.

LOL....might as well see if we can get Laundy to do a Zombie stint.
Man Parcell's is old and is more interested in Horses than football....

LOL, no way.... If I were Jerry, I'd call Cowher and tell him he had full control of the team for 10 years. He has given raggedy Garrett that long. Let Cowher have another run I say...
