What are the odds that Dak and Amari go to New England after this season?

Tom Brady might actually retire after this season, regardless if he makes it to the Superbowl or not. I think he's going to hang it up, but NE is going to need a new QB, and Dak has looked great so far this season. He's a disciplined, hardworking leader, which would be perfect for NE and Belichick. A while back in February, Dak was even seen hanging with their RB, Sony Michel. The NE game would be a great time for Belichick to scout Dak and see what he's made of.

As for Amari, I could see him going there as well. He's a great WR that has already built chemistry with Dak. NE doesn't really have any notable receivers now that Gronk is gone (along with the crazy man that is AB and Josh Gordon), so Brady mostly throws to Edelman or Sanu. Dak, Amari, and those players would work very well together. Amari also has a great attitude, perfect for NE. Calm and collected, and a non-diva WR personality, a rare find that is perfect for Belichick's scheme.

Neither Dak or Amari has made progress on their contract talks. What if it's just because they simply don't want to play for this mediocre franchise? It's not about the money or the length of the contract. They just don't want to play for Jason's Committee anymore. I mean, did you see them Sunday night? They were the only ones that showed any amount of effort throughout that entire game (in addition to Gallup, Cobb, and Jarwin when he was on the field). Thoughts?

I'll give it shot on the odds: 1: 1,000,000,000,000,000,000.

Amari Cooper would rack you about 1500 yards in NE with all the pick plays they run and his precision route running.. the guy would be running in the open field half the time..

Not sure how long you've been watching football but there's a little thing called the franchise tag.

He’s on pace for 1,507 yards this year.

At no point in your rambling, incoherent response were you even close to anything that could be considered a rational thought. Everyone on this forum is now dumber for having listened to it. I award you no points, and may God have mercy on your soul.

Dak holding out helps Amari. Means the team has to save the franchise tag for Dak.

Cooper's negotiating position is a strong position getting stronger. He already had Jerry by the short hairs. Jerry will like a fool if he gave up a 1st for a year and half rental. Cooper can wait til free agency and give Jerry a chance to beat the high bidder. Jerry needs to sign Cooper. Cooper doesn't need to sign with the Cowboys. Advantage Cooper.

Zero.

Dak will get the Franchise Tag if no contract.

Teams can't use both a Franchise Tag and Transition Tag this year.

Cooper would get the Transition Tag if Dak gets the Franchise Tag.

I’d advise Dak to go to NE if he can, only way he’s going to win a ring. No sense in wasting his life in Jerry’s clown world.

Dallas is not letting Dak get away. Cooper, maybe if Dallas does not sign him. We really do not know how much Cooper wants to stay in Dallas or how much money he wants to sign. For that matter we have no idea what Jerry is willing to pay, but my guess is its a lot. The only thing is, Jerry has been burned by WRs he signed to big contracts. Roy Williams and Dez come to mind. So maybe Jerry is willing to let Cooper go if he wants too much money. He can;t franchise both of them. That;s why I think he tries to sign one of them so he has the option to franchise the other.
